Loft Salon

Ava does an amazing job! She cut my 3-year-old daughter's hair for the first, and she loved it 😊 she also does a pretty great job with my husband's hair as well as my own. Thank you so much!

Granted, I was going to be late! I overslept the morning of our son's wedding. I called and said I'll be 10 minutes late. No, thanks. Please don't come. We won't have time for you. It was a simple up do/chingon. I get it, but honestly for the mother of the groom it was heartbreaking.

Friendly, clean , knowledgeable.. color to my liking haircut a little short but it will grow. Kylie was very friendly and I was in and out in a timely manner.

Nice clean shop, friendly folks and good comm tech tools (text updates, notifications). I’m old enough to have had A LOT of first haircuts - Joy Jacobsen’s skill was the best I’ve seen to date. Highly recommended (hoping she doesn’t get so busy I can’t get in anymore).

Modern & clean with the best customer service. I have always left happy. The atmosphere is phenomenal. Staff works great with each other to meet customer needs/wants. They all appear to love their job & it shows.

I made an appointment for 9 am. I showed up at 9 and the door was locked. Waited 5 minutes and checked again, still locked. I called and no answer. I waited 10 more minutes and still locked. Called again and had to leave a message. Very disappointed as I was hoping to get a very needed haircut. Not going to try to set up another appointment.

Jen is absolutely amazing!! I felt so relaxed laying there being it was my first time getting a wax..I would definitely recommend and will be coming back again🙌
