HIFI is such a fun and uplifting environment to be in. Jeff is such a kindhearted dude, and he is amazing at what he does. He puts thought and energy into every cut, so each time it is a new experience. Also, I constantly get compliments on how good my hair looks, it's a real confidence boost. Check him out.

Jeff was THE best men’s cutters in all of San Francisco for decades and one of the top stylists for women. I know this because I went to ALL of them. The fact that he’s now in Sioux Fall, is a no-brainer about WHO IS THE GUY?!!! A warm, generous soul too, who sits with you and figures out just what will work best for each client. I’ve personally seen peoples lives and self image go through the roof from a singular visit!!!!

Jeff is hands down one of the most down to earth people I've met!! With his welcoming and unique environment to his warm and welcoming personality, to his 20+ years of expertise, I cannot say enough great things about who he is and the work he does. If you have thick curly hair and need someone who can work with what you have, Jeff is the best choice!

It was my first time getting my hair cut in about nine years and Jeff did amazing work! I loved the final outcome! Jeff was friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I look forward to coming here again in the future. 10/10 experience.

HiFi Hair is a total gem. The space itself is a dream—mid-century charm meets modern warmth with Eames-style furniture, vintage radios, a local artist’s mural, and real records spinning in the background. It’s cozy, stylish, and makes you feel seen. Jeff is just as incredible. I’ve switched up my hair a lot over the years—boho length, edgy pixies, sleek bobs—and every cut is flawless. They grow out beautifully and require almost no upkeep. On top of that, Jeff’s a rare kind of human: intuitive, kind, and always dialed into what you need, whether it’s quiet relaxation or good conversation. Can’t recommend him enough.

Amazing space with lovely people. Jeff is so skilled at what he does, and brings so much empathy and understanding to his time with you. He made me feel so comfortable and welcome. This is such a gem in Sioux Falls! Also, big plus it is LGBTQ+ friendly.

Just go. Jeff not only is hair God but a lovely person. You will leave feeling the best you've ever looked and l like you just spent an hour with a good friend - because you did.
