Go to a different salon! I went here as a early Valentine's Day gift from my husband. Originally I was really happy to find somewhere that I could get both my nails and hair done at. I was in need of a spa, beauty day, but my hair is completely ruined. Brittany was my stylist, she's great at doing nails, but she doesn't listen well and/or doesn't seem to know what she's doing when it comes to hair. I asked for a specific cut, color, and style, but she refused to do it and said "I'll do it a different way because I don't want to be here all day" (it was only about 11am when she said it) So thinking I'm going to leave with the same results I showed her by the end of my time there I let her do whatever "way" she was talking about. She then told me before she started on my hair that she would show me at the end how to style it best and walk me through it which I was really looking forward to. We got through the length cut just fine, but I told her I didn't want highlights on the top (crown) of my head - she highlights the top, I told her I wanted my bangs to be soft and flowy below my cheek - she gave me choppy bangs at my eye length, and I told her at the bottom I wanted a straight cut - and I literally got an uneven chopped cut. I warned her that I get really bad knots and tangles so to please use whatever you need to in order to work through it as smoothly as possible. She didn't take my advice. Instead, she lightly sprayed detangler and forcefully brushed my hair. She ripped out so much of my hair and I left with my entire head hurting and sore from her just trying to brush it. Then, we came to the cutting and styling. As far as the cut, as I explained previously, everything that could have gone wrong definitely went wrong. Everything I said I wanted I didn't get. After she was finished cutting my bangs she spun the chair around and said "Ok, there you go. I don't have any time to style it today." I was shocked! I couldn't believe she was leaving my hair the way it was! I was so unhappy, leaving there with this choppy, unstyled, over highlighted mess! Trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, I thought she must have some kind of personal emergency to tend to for not following through on her own commitment to style my hair and walk me through how to style it best in the future. So I go to check out and shortly afterwards she takes a new client back. No emergency, just blatant refusal to style it at all. I felt so upset about my hair and frankly very frustrated with the experience with Brittany. I cried on my drive home not only because I felt like I looked horrible, but also because of how much my scalp hurts and continues to hurt. I will never go back and would encourage everyone to go somewhere else!

This salon is easy to book appointments, sometimes within one day ahead of time. The service is great and fast and the prices are fair. All of these gals do a great job. Convienient location and nice building with lots of fun products available to purchase near the counter.

Brittany is the absolute best! She was very kind, fun to talk to, and she did an OUTSTANDING job on my hair! I can’t wait to come back and get my nails done soon!!

I absolutely love how Olivia did my hair !! Color and cut was perfect and she's such a kind loving person !! Definitely going back to her !

Very nice employees. My hair stylist did a fantastic job on my hair style! First time with this salon, Although I give it a 3 star due to the expense. Nearly $90.00 for this, which is beautiful and a mini hand lotion for 7.99. 😔

Please send do not go here. My husband bought me a gift card there for 250.00 for my birthday. My daughter and I showed up to our appointment. I am told by my hairdresser that they tried to call you (which they didnt) to tell us the gift card was no good because my husbands card did not go threw. I thought that was weird so I checked his account and there was no charge so we got our hair done. While I was waiting for my daughter to get done I called my husband to let him know and he said I didn't pay with a card I paid cash so you would not find out what I was doing. I said oh she must have made a mistake. So I told the hairdresser she made a mistake and she said no I know it was him it was a discover card. I said we don't have discover cards. I asked her to see the attempt or the card number she said she no longer had it. So now I am out 250.00. Then I pay 400 for my daughters and mine color. My daughter got red highlights and we bought special shampoo for her. The highlights were blond in a wok and a half. Please do not go here I was totally scammed.

This salon is amazing! Absolutely loved my hair and my stylist Ashley took really good care of me!! And an additional plus to this salon is they have very reasonable prices for high quality work!! I HIGHLY recommend this salon to anyone looking 🙂
