Saheida is amazing and so professional! She will give you the best advice, and she knows how to handle textures hair very well! I have also had Tiffany cut my hair when I did a bob - loved it, she does that very well, too! They always wash your hair and treat you with respect. The interior is also well decorated, super light and airy. I’ve been coming here for years!! Literally since it opened around 2009.

An awesome experience. I would recommend Kibana to everyone. My hair stylist is the bomb, I love the work she does to my hair. Every time I leave this salad I am smiling. The nail techs are also really great. I recommend that everyone give them a try you will love whatever you choose to do.

Been going here for about a year and a half and have been mostly satisfied with the service until recently. Late last year, my stylist cut my part way too high and I gave her a chance to fix it next time I needed a haircut. It came out well, afterwards. Went yesterday and I asked for the same thing I always get, which is a low fade. What I got was my sides shaved down evenly. I could deal with this if it weren't for the fact that the back is messed up and one of the sides is uneven. Looks great from the front, but looks bad from the back. I walked out of there with nobody mentioning it.

Tried this place on a whim because I wanted a cut and a pedicure. It was a place fairly close and offered both. The pedicure was relaxing and feet feel great now. And the shampoo - OMG, she snuck in a little neck massage! The shampoo has always been my favorite part of a haircut, but she took it next level!!! And the cut looks really nice. It has been a long time since I have gotten a cut (pandemic and all) but I think I found "my" go-to salon.

The service is always exceptional. Specifically, I have been going to see Angelica for the past couple of years and she delivers some of the best facials I have ever had. She takes the time to see what my skin needs, and tailors the service specifically for any problems I may be experiencing. My skin glows when I leave. In addition, I recently had her do my eyebrows for the first time, and they have not looked this sculpted in a long time. Her work is excellent.

Hair cut and color by "Tiffany" Shampoo by Mirna Gel mani/pedi by Thuy Le On a whim on a Thursday morning, I called to ask availability for all the above services. I showed pics of the hair color I wanted (previously natural dark brown/black with belayage). Color was matched well and long layer cut with long bangs and face frame. I appreciated the color consult and true planning before anything was done. She used Vaseline to line the hairline which is great for someone like me with sensitive skin. Shampoo was great and neck rub was wonderful. I opted for gel mani/pedi for long lasting nails. She has great attention to detail. Listened to what I wanted and made recommendations for colors that fit my vision/needs. I intend to make this my new go to place.

Today was my first time at Kibana and unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend the 30 minute body scrub-polish that I purchased 😔 I was so excited for a day of self care and pampering and the Kibana spa room didn’t feel relaxing, it was cold during my service , my spa tech Angelica was very friendly and did her best to keep me warm with hot water but I was still not relaxed. I was expecting a deeper scrub- the scrub felt like an at home scrub product you buy from target. I wish they told me to bring Shower shoes to walk on the wet floor and I would’ve liked a stool to sit on and put on my clothes/shoes after the service. I honestly feel like I could’ve saved my money and scrub my body in my shower at home. Again Angelica was kind and accommodating but I did not like my experience.
