I moved to Seattle recently and took a leap of faith with Lillian and I’m so happy I did! Her hair coloring technique always leaves me feeling fresh and pretty without causing damage to my hair. Lillian works magic to my hair and I always look forward to seeing her. She is easy to book with, accommodating, and such a joy to talk with on the salon chair. Her prices are always fair. Salon Merite is a very quaint, boutique salon. It feels like home!

This place is the best, I've never had a salon and stylist that I've truly loved and felt loyal to before this. Jedediah is amazing. I have short hair and brightly color it and I just tell him my inspiration (fall colors, orchids, etc) and let him take it from there because he has such excellent taste. I've been going for a few years now and I get so many compliments. He's also just a great guy. I highly, highly recommend him, his work is worth every penny.

He takes the time to listen and offers suggestions when I’m looking for a style change. After moving farther away, I tried to find a stylist who was nearby. I ended up returning to Jed to fix the cut. I trust Jed with my hair and highly recommend him for anyone looking for an exceptional stylist.

Jedediah is amazing. He is a true artist. He transformed my overbleached brassy hair to a beautiful brunette, even managing to retain just a few subtle highlights. When I went back to see him for a cut, he gave me just the perfect amount of layers. All the while providing a welcoming environment and great conversation.

You will not find a better stylist in Seattle. You cannot beat his coloring. You cannot understand how good until you see what he does with Balayage. I’ve gone to him for many years and he only gets better because he keeps up with the latest styles.

I am so grateful that Jedediah is my stylist in Seattle. My hair is fine and it was getting sooo long. I was ready to try something new and a bit wild, and because Jed takes the time to know his clients, I knew I could trust him with my request. The result was a posh and clean and gorgeous long bob, with highlights to die for. Jedediah takes time to know you, your hair, how much effort you want to exert caring for it, and how attached you are to your comfort zone. He’s at his best when I give him only slightest hints of guidance. "I’m loving the fall leaves," and he weaves strands of gold, copper, and vibrant red. "We need to brighten things up," and he creates an asymmetrical cut and multi-dimensional blonde. "You only live once," and suddenly I’m brilliant blue and platinum. He’s the expert so I trust I will leave looking and feeling my very best. I always do.
