First time client here. I wanted to get a Straight perm & came across this salon. I have been eyeing this salon & always wanted to give them a try! Tony the stylist has been mentioned quite a bit so I requested him the service, but he was not available so they booked me with his wife Jennifer! I am so happy I did! She did an amazing job with my straight perm! I originally asked for straight perm with a bit of curl on bottom but since my hair texture was not doable she just curled it with a curling brush! I love the way it turned out. I definitely will come back for their other services! She was honest, attentive & very sweet & friendly!

My experience at this salon was extremely disappointing. The price I was quoted at the start was increased at checkout, which felt misleading and unprofessional. On top of that, I had to sit and wait for about half an hour in the middle of my haircut with no explanation. The whole visit felt disorganized and inconsiderate of customers’ time. The environment wasn’t great either. There was an unpleasant smell in the salon, and the overall atmosphere didn’t feel clean or welcoming. The haircut itself was average at best, and the hair‑washing process was uncomfortably rough, to the point where it felt careless rather than relaxing. Based on everything I experienced—unexpected price changes, long wait times, and a generally uncomfortable environment—I strongly recommend avoiding this place. There are other salons nearby that are likely to offer a more transparent, professional, and respectful experience.

Was able to get a hair cut today from Tony. Have to say anytime I come I feel very welcomed and comfortable. The best part in my opinion is the hair washer. When I used to live in Korea the hair wash and the head massage was the best part. The hair washer here is pretty good I have to say! If you haven’t gotten a hair cut here I say give them a try you won’t be disappointed. Always worth it.

It’s my first time with Tony. He took time to cut my hair with professional skills. He is friendly with smiling. My hair is easy to manage and have a style.

This is my third time getting a digital perm here. First two times was with Jenny but this time Tony did it and it’s my favorite so far! I tell them "medium curl" for this look. Absolute no complaints and the price is right!

Great hair designers. Cuts and coloring are amazing. Both of my sons get cuts there often since they were toddlers. My husband and now a college age and one-almost-there son love Tony's designs. The best around the northwest suburb of Chicago! Designers there are exceptionally dexterous with scissors in an old school way. They speak Korean maìnly, but no problem communicating with my man and two young men who speak English only. They will try their best to make you happy. Coloring was incredible and good quality for me by Jennifer. They listen to you, and they truly try to give you the best style according to your desire and request. They take time with you. I highly recommend their service and workmanship.

I've been going for years for hair cuts and colors. They are great for Asian guy hairstyles, especially with my naturally curlier wavy hair. Tony is always booked and for good reason!
