Such a great group of people, from the moment you walk in it’s a wonderful atmosphere! Front staff is very receptive and prompt on getting back to you & the stylists are genuine and offer their professional opinion. I’ve had the pleasure of being a client of Paula and Robert and both were amazing— definitely recommend!

honestly, used to be one of my favorite hair salons in town, but the customer service has gone to ass. paola carranza , is rude and just overall unprofessional. i would recommend going to a different salon if she is your stylist! her attitude is AWFUL. if i could rate a negative i would! just because of her overall!

Angela is, indeed, an angel! I am not a local but needed to find a salon that would cut my mom’s hair on short notice. My mom is elderly and luckily Angela had an opening! She made my mom feel safe and comfortable (mom is 89 and having memory issues) and (of course) did a fantastic job on my mom’s hair. I’m beyond grateful for Trends salon and Angela!

I took a person I used to do to this place. I expected her to look hot & make me want her but she looked horrible ! I should've taken her to a plastic surgeon ! Got rid of her ASAP, and never goin' to her for ANYTHING again. I love my wife more than ever now !

Paid 65 for the worst haircut ever and then had to go somewhere else and pay more to fix what she had done. I called to see of there were any last minute appointments available and they had one with Kathleen. Not good. Had never been but should not have been assigned to her. I waited for my appointment. She came out to call my name and when she did I looked up and smile and under her breathe, at the receptionists, she scowled "you didn't tell me she had long hair". The recep were uncomfortable and I said "they didn't know I had long hair, we spoke over the phone." When Kathleen realized I heard what she said she turned to all smiles and nice. Got in the chair and said she was going to wash. I said I just washed my hair can you just get my hair wet. Eventually she talked me into a dry cut. She did minimal work and my whole reason for the visit was to cut the unhealthy stuff off (which was a lot). I even picked up my hair and showed her what I didnt like (very ratty, jagged edges) and I wanted a clean cut look. She didn't do any of what I asked. I was in and out in 10 minutes and my hair looked just as unhealthy and jagged, ragged, and ratty as when I came in. I even questioned her on the uneven balance and the ends and she just tossled my hair about and said see look I fixed it. But when it layer naturally it looked completely off and uneven and ragged. She charged me 60 for a dry cut in 10 minutes. I gave her the smallest tip I've ever given a hair dresser totaling $65. I left unhappy and feeling like I gave my money away just to look as bad as when I came in. I ended up finding another lady somewhere else who even confirmed Kathleen did as little as possible with my hair for the amount of money she charged me. I'll never go back and do not recommend going there.

I have gotten my hair cut and colored by Alisha four times now and I couldn't be happier. She knows exactly what she is doing and I get so many compliments on my hair, even from my husband ( that's a plus). I have never went back to a salon after getting my hair colored due to never being satisfied or someone frying my hair. I would definitely recommend Alisha and have to all my friends and family.

I've been looking for a solid hair dresser for what seems like years, and I could not have been happier that I have found and have had the pleasure of knowing Jesse. He is well educated in the science of hair color and knows exactly what he's doing. His color technique and professionalism is top notch. If your a fan of Paul Mitchell, he is your guy. He's been working for them and educating for them for a couple of years now and it shows!! I live in the 5 Cities and will make the drive to SM to see him without a doubt. So happy!
