Diamond Cuts Barbershop

I can't recommend Diamond Cuts in Santa Maria enough! The shop has a great vibe— very clean, very welcoming, and very professional from the moment you walk in. But the real star is Selina. She's not only incredibly skilled with clippers and scissors, but she's also one of the friendliest and most personable barbers we’ve ever had. Selina recently cut my son's hair and was so kind and patient with him. She made him feel comfortable and relaxed, which isn't always easy with little ones. She really went above and beyond to make it a great experience for both of us. I was recommended to her by a friend that brings her two sons to her and I would recommend Selina to everyone I know as well!! Whether it's a fresh fade, a beard trim, or a kid's haircut, Selina delivers with precision and care. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their satisfaction.

From the moment all 3 of my sons and I walked into Diamond Cuts Barbershop, the service was professional, friendly, and detail-oriented. Selina took time to understand exactly what they wanted and delivered it with precision— all 3 of them are young adults and are very particular about their haircuts. What really impressed me was the attention to detail and the pride Selina clearly takes in her craft. On top of that, the prices are more than fair. It honestly feels like you're getting a premium service without the premium price tag. Selina and Diamond Cuts Barbershop deserve five stars—hands down. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, sharp cut and a top-tier experience.

Diamond Cuts is hands down one of the best barber shops around. The space is clean, welcoming, and has that perfect mix of professionalism and comfort. The energy is always positive, and the team clearly takes pride in what they do—especially Selina. Selina is incredibly skilled and consistent with her work. Not everyone has the patience or gentle approach to cut kids’ hair, but Selina does it with ease and care. This place is awesome. You can tell Eric the owner really takes care of his team. Selena took great care of me and was very communicative about the appointment time, she was very knowledgeable and left a clean cut! She left me looking like I was ready to find my future wife. It was a great experience all the way around! I will definitely be back for that self esteem boost!

I don't go here anymore but I got my first couple of haircuts here and have since gotten 2 other barbers to do my hair. I will have to say Selina cut my hair horribly and I had to go through the pain of growing it out so it can be a straight line with my new barber that I went to. (They were actually nice and worked with me to fix it) On top of that she overcharged me for a small section that she cut, as my 2 other barbers have not charged as much as she does. She also did not care that the clippers were getting too hot on my scalp and I had to tell her to switch them out. Not very attentive at all in my opinion, only cared about getting my money and not about her work or the customer in front of her in her chair. Edit: seems like they have a bunch of fake accounts/people they know giving 5 stars after I left my review 👎🏼

I am always pleased with the level of service I receive at this barber shop! Such a welcoming atmosphere; every employee greets you with a positive and professional attitude. A huge shoutout to Selina for always doing such a great job I always feel like a new person every time I leave her chair. There is a reason I’ve been a loyal customer for years!
