Tranquility Salon & Spa

As someone who is visiting from Oregon, but living in Santa Clarita until the end of October, I really wanted a haircut. So I searched for "Best hair salon Santa Clarita" and this salon was on the list. After reading reviews and perusing the website, I thought it looked like a good option, so I booked online and got an appt with SCOTT for the next day. I was NOT disappointed! Scott was fabulous. He greeted me warmly and we discussed options; he said I didn't need anything major, just a cleanup. He washed my hair and gave the BEST head and neck massage! Then he did as promised and cut off a little length on the sides and "bobbed" the back a bit so it was fresh and added some layers. My hair feels and looks great; it feels lighter and bouncy. As I was checking out with Kim (today is her last day as she moves into "retiring/rewiring" her life - best wishes Kim - we talked about brow waxing and she was able to get me in with Emily right then and there. It was perfect timing all the way around! It's a nice salon on the second floor of the Cinema mall. Very busy place! Everyone was smiling and friendly. I made two appts - one for Sept and one for Oct before I go back home to Oregon. So happy I found a place that made me feel welcome and left me feeling uplifted and happy. Highly recommend!

Jayne is a fantastic estetician at Tranquility and has been great for my teenage daughter! She has really helped her through teenage acne and my daughter just adores her. Highly recommend her services!

⸻ I took my son here for the first time, and our experience was less than ideal. As soon as we walked in, the place was extremely loud—felt more like a stock exchange than a salon. We were the only two males there, which made us feel a bit out of place. I had forgotten to ask about the cost of a simple haircut for my son, and unfortunately, no one offered any pricing information. There were no signs or boards displaying prices either. I remembered being told over the phone that it would be $35, but I was surprised by what we were ultimately charged. What really bothered me was the overwhelming noise and crowded atmosphere. After the haircut, I just paid with my card and left. I plan to follow up with them by phone regarding the price—I didn’t feel it was the right place to have that conversation in person.

This review is for Essential Touch, I come to Julianna for waxing. I do full face and underarms. She is very light to the touch and does not miss a spot! I was shocked how long my underarms stayed CLEAN, hair free for a month! I love that she cares for her clients and the products she uses is clean ingredients which is a must in my opinion. Her spot is so cute and clean and most importantly KID friendly for those Mommas! Cannot recommend Julianna enough. I’ll be booking a facial soon! I’m very excited to keep coming back with amazing results each visit.

Had my normal hair stylist cancel on me at the last minute. I have a big work event this week and was desperate to find someone. A friend recommended this salon and i was able to get an appointment with Yolie for highlights, color and cut. She did an AMAZING job. I LOVE my hair! I swear I look 10 years younger and my hair feels so much healthier. I highly recommend Yolie as she was so attentive and gave me exactly what I asked for.

I went to see Julianna for the first time a couple weeks ago and was so happy with my whole experience. I used to go to a large wax place and my skin would always have a bit of a sensitivity issue with the wax product they used. After she finished my wax I was so impressed with the results. She got every hair and the wax didn't make my skin sensitive at all. Even an hour later there was no redness or any irritation. On top of the waxing procedure being great, Julianna was pleasant to talk to and made the experience comfortable. Adding to my 4 star review…. Julianna gave me an amazing peel and jelly mask facial! Son professional, relaxing and my skin looks amazing and glowy. I left looking clean and fresh without any redness!
