I have to give a huge shoutout to Lori Magno at The Salon. I’ve been going to her since college, and 25 years later I still love the way she highlights and cuts my hair. She’s truly the best. If you’re looking for an amazing haircut and beautiful highlights, ask for Lori — you’ll be in great hands! Lori is consistent, talented, and genuinely cares about making you feel your best.

I'm thrilled with my new haircut! Scheduling was easy, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the ladies here are kind and really listen to what the client wants. I was happy with the advice that my hair artist gave me, and I will definitely be back!

I have naturally curly hair, and have been highlighting it for years. Geralyn always does an amazing job, my hair feels and looks amazing every time I see her. I've been going almost 5 years now, and would highly recommend her to anyone, she's fantastic and works magic with her coloring skills. A++!!

I booked an appointment after waking up yesterday and realizing I absolutely hated my hair (well, I wasn't crazy about it with the initial cut, and as it grew it just got worse. The cut just wasn't what I wanted). It NEEDED a change. A little google search told me that this place was good, and was reasonably priced (both are true). I attempted to get an appointment with Lettie since so many reviewers suggested her, but she was booked for the day. Instead I got Lori (Lauri? I'm not sure on her spelling), who by the way is AMAZING. She helped transform my hair into something I was over the moon about. I literally went from coconut head (Ned's Declassified) with these awful choppy bangs my last stylist definitely messed up on, to pixie cut queen. She kept everything I wanted in mind, and we even discussed what we thought would be best for the back before she even did anything, not to mention she's a wonderful conversationalist. I'm awful when it comes to talking to new people, and she made it really easy. I think we talked during the whole process and I didn't feel any bit drained (I'm pretty introverted and suck at conversing unless you're the right person). I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a personal touch, and I suggest even more Lori, who I know I'll be going back to 100%. The women who run this place are talented, sweet, and knowledgeable. I couldn't think of a better place to get my hair done.

Letty takes time to do a good job with my colors & cuts every month. I appreciate her conscientiousness. She's a super neat gal. You won't be disappointed. And they are affordable, compared to the higher end salons.

I've been having Letty cut my hair for over ten years. She is always friendly, reasonable, works me in at times that are convenient for me, and keeps my hair looking great. She definitely deserves 5 stars.

I'm knew too the SB area and needed to see someone within a 5 day time frame due to a social gathering wth my husband. This place had good reviews, so I decided to give them a call. Adela had an opening for the day before the gathering and did an amazing job! I'm happy to have gotten my "go-to" on my first try!!
