Michelle is amazing! She went above and beyond to make my daughter feel welcomed. My daughter had a really great time, really enjoyed her haircut and overall experience.

Tony gave me a very nice haircut, but shocked me with the price of $42 when the last cut I got 3 months ago was $32. And the one before that was quite a bit less. The price increases keep shocking me. I have chosen fantastic sams because in the past the price was manageable. But I will have to rethink that. I just washed my hair too so I didn't even have that done.

Sloppy haircut, rushed and poor attention to detail. Had to clean up the haircut when I got home since assumed the barber would do the basics of cutting around the ears and line up the back a simple Men’s haircut but I was wrong. For $40 definitely was a disappointment.

The staff is great, and listens to what the customer wants. I took my son at about 1pm. on a weekday, so there was no wait, which was nice. I've taken him at a different time of day (late afternoon) and had to wait maybe about 15-20 minutes. So, depending on the time of day you go, you may have a short wait. It's in a great spot, with lots of other stores around it. Parking isn't too bad, lots of space. I gave the place 4 stars because I feel like paying $34 for an 11 year old child's haircut is a bit pricey, but that seems to be a growing trend. Maybe 10 is the cutoff for a kid's haircut. They do offer a stamp card for each visit, and you can get a few dollars off on the 10th visit. I'm not sure if you get a stamp for each person's cut/style, in a day though. They do offer a lot of other services (hair dye, blow drys, perms, deep conditioning, etc.) and also sell products. After the cut, my son got a lollipop. He likes it there, so we'll be visiting again for the next cut.

If you want someone to cut your hair without your say, and if you want them to decide for you, this is the place. I had a man, he just decided to cut around my head when I only asked for a bang trim. I feel upset, because I felt like I had no say, I wanted what I wanted. A bang trim, but he decided on his own that it will be a full haircut. Not coming back.

Walked in for cuts today. They took us immediately, but I feel like the stylists were having a contest to see who could cut hair the fastest today. My 8 year old wanted a shoulder length Bob with bangs, but the guy refused to cut her bangs and just kept telling her to grow them out. He never did cut her bangs. We just got his opinion about how she shouldn't cut them. Only one of my 3 children got their hair washed, yet I paid $25-$28 for each haircut. Their website says a haircut comes with a complimentary shampoo. I will now have to make an appontment somewhere else to have my daughters hair fixed and bangs cut. Their hair looks "fine," but it's definitely not worth the $120 we spent.
