I’ve had hair straightening treatments before at different places, but my experience at Hair Logic was truly different. The team was extremely professional and did the treatment perfectly, with great attention to detail. The results were amazing, and the cost was very reasonable for the quality of service. I also had a haircut after the treatment, and it turned out beautiful. Very professional work overall. I highly recommend Hair Logic for both hair straightening and haircuts.

I should have known better, but I trusted Google reviews when I searched for salons that specialize in lob haircuts. The photos online looked promising, so I decided to give this place a try. When I arrived, I clearly asked the stylist for a lob haircut (a long bob). He chuckled and said "Bob haircut?" and I corrected him, saying, "No, a lob haircut." Despite this, he went ahead and gave me a short Bob, completely ignoring what I asked for. If he didn’t know what a lob was, he should have said so instead of proceeding. I had long, thick hair that could’ve been shaped beautifully, but he just kept cutting and cutting. Now my hair is so short it looks like a boy cut — which doesn’t suit my round face at all. I left the salon holding back tears. It’s going to take a year for my hair to grow back. I’m honestly devastated and feel misled by both the stylist and Google’s search results. Please, if you’re considering getting a lob haircut, go somewhere that truly understands modern styles.

I had an appointment yesterday, October 1st, at 3:30 PM and was out by 3:40. I came in with clear instructions: a low-to-medium fade (size 1 to 2), a comb over, square up the sides, and trim about half an inch off the top. When I explained it, the barber said something in Chinese. I asked what he said, and he just replied "okay." Right after that, he grabbed a size 1 clipper and shaved my sides way too high. The only "size 2" section left was going inward toward the top of my head, making my hair look like a mushroom cut. He also cut more than an inch off the top—not the half inch I asked for—and shaved most of the right side while leaving the left side so long it now hangs in my face. At first, I didn’t want to make a big deal about it, but the longer I looked, the more inconsistencies I noticed. This was my second visit to this shop—my first cut here was decent and even, but this experience was completely different and really disappointing.

Unfortunately had a really bad experience here - I think may they do some Asian haircuts well, but not if one has thicker coarser hair. Even if you bring a photo, it seems that what you request is disregarded, and they default to cutting your hair the only way they know how. I had a shoulder length blunt bob haircut that had grown out and needed to be trimmed. I had a photo of myself for reference and said I did not want many layers. I trusted the stylist, but when I was done, my hair was too short, at least an inch more than I had asked for. Furthermore, so much volume was taken out and so many layers made that my hair just lies limp and makes my head look like a ball. It has now been almost a month and is still too short. The layers are a mess and will take even longer to grow out and fix.

Great Artist. Bill was able to improve my style from day one. I had a good experiences with them for more than 2 years. My partner was pleased with the new look and I haven't chance artist since then! Soooo needed. COVID safe with engaging conversation and professional hair ex-pertise. Highly recommend!!!

Great experience, I got a cut with Bill and he was very helpful and friendly, providing me with some tips about my specific hair type. I brought in a reference photo and he did great with it. Other reviews mentioned that the staff spoke mostly Chinese, which I think is true. However, communication was not difficult even if you speak kinda broken Chinese (like me), and I saw another staff member service someone in English so it is not a requirement.
