Amazing haircut! I walked in didn’t know what I wanted specifically, but they neatly asked questions and helped me figured out a hairs to or that would look good on me according to my face shape, clothing style, and the length I wanted! I wanted a hair style that would look good on a regular basis and the got what I wanted!

Shared my past hair history with Matthew and showed inspo pics from their own salon that I wanted the honey beige color and long soft layers. He said he could do it with an additional $100 dollar charge for the "lifting" process to remove previous colors in particular sections of my hair, but it was never clarified that the lifting process was going onto all my hair. Right before we started, he said that parts of my hair would turn green due to my highlights, I said no to that and asked if there was another way to do without turning my hair green. I even suggested not even lifting the colors and just going for a dark brown. He insisted that changing the product would be the lightest brown (which I never asked for). I checked if he still meant the natural honey beige brown I was looking for and he confirmed, so I agreed. Unfortunately, my hair changed from a nice dark brown to very bright brassy orange. Following this, the all over hair color they put for the honey beige I was asking for turned my hair ORANGE. I was horrified and it’s not even close to what I was asking for. I was so upset, and they offered to ‘fix’ it. Eventually, another nice stylist came to offer help with the colors and I had to stay another 1.5 hours to redo the process all over again to turn it into a darker brown with orange undertones. The final color made my roots look like they were balding. Worst of all, I still had to pay FULL price after they ruined my hair. I wish they would have told me if they were not confident with my wish, and that they had double-checked before going in with the dye. I took a risk to try this new salon/stylist, and now I wish I never had.

It was a great haircut experience. Hebe was able to combine all the colors I wanted to dye into one look. She has great ideas, and everyone was very satisfied with the result! She is very attentive and does her best to meet my needs. I really love my new hairstyle and new style!

Service was timely and the staff were nice — Love my new haircut!! I got medium layers and the results are soo cute (both styled and not styled). Will come again for my next haircut <3 I booked online the night prior and chose the option for any stylist and had stylist zhicheng Tang.

Haircut geniuses here. I come here from far away for my cut with Steven who is famous on Tik Tok on IG. Always satisfied. He understands head shape and what hair style compliments your face. He has skill and good instinct what to do. I’ll keep coming back here.

I had an amazing experience getting my hair dyed and bleached here! The stylist was incredibly professional and William understand exactly what I wanted. The results were perfect—my hair feels healthy, vibrant, and the color is just what I imagined. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for expert color work!
