I had to take my child off that chair she started pushing down onto his head with the machine I saw how he was making faces and how harsh she was I asked him if he was okay and he said mom that hurts she pushing so hard and it's like she's pulling my hair I asked her to be gentle she said "I am being gentle!" (Rolled her eyes) she continues to be harsh I asked her to stop I took my child she started screaming why are you stopping me etc unstable lady. Long story short I got home and checked his head and he had spots of blood of how hard she was going on his head I should of checked when I was there however worst place ever for a 5year old with someone so harsh and heartless.

No good job, my scalp got infected because they did not clean the machines, and my hair cut was really bad, I don't recommend to get ur hair cut their... and I wanna call for the city inspections because I think that's persons don't have legal documents for that job...

They are very nice and very good to their profession. Love my haircuts

Tenía mi pelo largo y quería hacerme algo radical quería un wolfcut le enseñe un vídeo a la señora tres veces y una foto de como lo quería. Ella no sabía hablar español, lleve a una amiga que hablaba ingles y le explicó cómo lo quería varias veces. La señora dijo que lo entendía y me empiezo a cortar el pelo en seco. Me lo mojaba a veces, me picaba la oreja con sus uñas más de una vez y el corte salió horrible. Al final me dijo que no se especializaba en esos cortes. Pague y me fui indignada. Le tuve que pedir a mi mamá que lo acomodara y ahora tengo mi pelo muy corto 😓🥲
