Salon Khang

I was in need of a decent haircut for years now. I've tried several places in the last 5 years, trying to find someone who knew how to cut my hair the way I like. It was a dead end for me each time. Khang was great and listened so well. I got the layers and cut I needed and I will definitely be coming back!

I've been going to Khang for around six months now, but this was my first visit to his new salon. It is a little further away from his last location in the SJ Evergreen area, but his skills justify the commute! Khang is an artist in his own right. He always takes the time to ask you what style or look you are trying to accomplish, and he does everything within his magical powers to sculpt a head of hair that is fit for movie star! This new salon is nestled amongst a handful of businesses, so the parking lot is fairly busy. It has a modern vibe that is warm and inviting. Khang is usually booked solid on a daily basis, but he is the most accommodating stylist I've ever met. If you haven't found your go-to stylist/magician yet, look no further! Your search will end at Salon Khang!

Just flew in & checked in the hotel, and Khang was kind of to schedule right me in right away. Khang took his time, and made sure my hair looked the way I wanted it. Making sure I look fresh for the concert 😂. I highly recommend him to anyone who stops by San Jose & needs a haircut! Thank you Khang 🙏🏻😀

Highly rated for standard women’s haircut and trim, very deserving 5 stars. He’s extremely experienced, one of the best haircuts I’ve gotten in the past decade, since I just moved from the east coast! He understood my hair type, what style I wanted, and refreshed my layers. I did not even need to show him a picture as it was just a standard V-cut and it turned out exactly how I wanted.

I’ve been coming here for haircuts for almost three years now, and I leave happy every time. Khang really listens to what you want and also offers suggestions based on what suits your hair type and face shape. He’s a highly skilled hairstylist. I’ve also had my hair colored and highlighted—Khang did an amazing job!

My friend recommended Salon Khang and I got in touch with Mr Khang immediately over text who was able to accommodate me the next day for a good hair color appointment. The vibe of the place was simple, quiet, very clean and efficient. He was very patient with me to help me understand the color combination for my hair. I got a balayage done and didn’t want to go too light so no bleach for me, so he explained the options for me. The color that came out was very dark brown and tinge of red, so at the moment on my black hair you can’t tell much but it looks good. He mentioned may be it will lighten after a few days so I think I’ll wait to see how that turns out post a few weeks. Overall I think customer service was great and I felt I was really taken care of during my visit.

I came to Khang to fix a bob gone wrong and am so glad I did. Khang is careful and efficient. He listens to what you want but also will give you advice on what will look best. Overall really happy with the skill and value of Salon Khang and will definitely be back!
