Tavia Jenkins at Tru is amazing! This was honestly the best deep conditioning and blowout I’ve ever had. She made me feel so beautiful for the first time in a long time — I almost cried. She’s a total magician and truly the best in the business!

Mariela the beautiful magician! 🪄 I could rave about Mariela, ALL DAY! Aside from her being a sweetheart, she SLAYED my hair!! I haven’t had anyone touch my hair for over 6 years. I walked in and was greeted with a friendly smile by Mariela and Lexie. After speaking with Mariela, I instantly felt I could trust her with my hair. She started with the consultation, answering all my questions. I ended with disbelief of the woman I was staring in the mirror. I feel so beautiful! Mariela, you’re simply amazing! We enjoyed the Gold Room spa package with a few of my favorite girls here and had the best experience! Our group of 5 enjoyed every bit- the friendly faces, calm and inspirational atmosphere, elegant environment, top notch facility and equipment, lux robes and supplies, yummy treats, comfy seats and beds, and that's not even including the facial and massage services! My esthetician, Julie, was wonderful and knowledgeable as she walked me through the facial process. The others in our group who experienced the massage thoroughly enjoyed them as well. The steam room was also an unexpected favorite! So much wonderful and aromatic steam, plus a top notch shower and supplies to use afterwards! After 3 hours in the Gold Room, we didn't want to leave and knew we had to be back soon.

I saw Sharon at Tru Encompass Beauty for a hair appointment. Sharon did a thorough consultation asking me what I was looking for, what I liked and didn’t like about my hair. I knew I wanted to cut my hair and brighten my blonde. After assessing my hair we decided to tone my hair, add low lights and a hair cut. I was very happy with the entire service and the results! She gave me the best scalp massage while rinsing me out in the bowl and made me feel very comfortable. Sharon has 18 years of experience and it shows!
