I had such a great experience with Abigail. She really understands thick, textured hair. She gave me amazing tips on how to keep it healthy, especially since I’m very minimalistic with my hair routine while she was cutting my hair. I appreciated how knowledgeable she was and how she explained everything in a way that made sense for my lifestyle. I left feeling confident, cared for and loving my hair! Highly recommend Abigail!

This was one of the most humiliating and disrespectful experiences I have ever had in a salon. I had a confirmed 3:30 PM appointment, waited over 25 minutes, was seated, discussed the haircut I wanted, and my hair was already being washed. In the middle of the service, the owner abruptly stopped the stylist and sent her to take another client, leaving me sitting with wet hair. I was then publicly confronted and lectured in front of other customers about past missed appointments — something that should have been addressed privately and before my service started.rather then being sorry that her staff mistake she confronted me. I was told I could not receive a blow-dry and was essentially pushed to leave with wet hair. Being told I "would not be charged for shampoo" felt insulting rather than helpful. I was made to feel small, embarrassed, and unwelcome. The way I was singled out made me feel targeted, and I couldn’t help but question whether bias played a role in how I was treated compared to other customers. This was unprofessional, degrading, and emotionally distressing. I will never return and strongly warn others to think twice before booking here.

IF YOU HAVE CURLY HAIR: Ask for Abigail. Had my first appointment in this Salon with Abigail. I got my first ever dry cut. I have dense, fine, and curly hair. I told her my concerns and what I've liked about my hair in the past. I really appreciated her advice and understanding of how curls interact with each other. My prior stylist typically had me leave with wet or straightened hair. Abigail had me leave with dry diffused curls. I'm very excited to have found a stylist comfortable with curly hair. I will be coming back!

Got a blowout on Class Pass from Liliana! My hair came out great and the whole experience was super relaxing. I do wish they had hooks or tables to hang jackets/bags while getting our hair done, but that’s my only critique! I’ll certainly be back!

If I could give zero stars, I would. We booked nine bridesmaid hair appointments months in advance for my wedding. The day before the wedding, while we were at our rehearsal, they called at 4 PM. Since we were obviously busy, we didn’t see it until later. By 6 PM, they had canceled ALL of our appointments, claiming the credit card on file "didn’t go through." First, why are you charging it ahead of time when it was agreed everyone would pay individually? Second, canceling less than 24 hours before a wedding is beyond unprofessional. We didn’t find out until midnight, when we got back to our hotel, that everything was canceled. Imagine waking up on your wedding day to that chaos. When we called first thing in the morning, the woman on the phone was rude, snarky, and dismissive. She told us all nine slots had "filled overnight"—which is laughable and clearly untrue. Thankfully, we scrambled and found another salon last minute that saved the day, but this place caused completely unnecessary stress on what should have been a joyful, smooth morning. Brides, save yourself the heartache and book elsewhere.

This was the first and only time i used this salon. I booked a haircut with Jen(senior stylist) and requested extra time because I have very thick hair and didn't want to be rushed. They called a few days before the appointment and asked if I could come in 30mins earlier to accommodate the extra, of course, that was fine. When I showed up, Lotus was the one ready to do my haircut. I found that odd and should have said something but trusted that she was a good stylist. When she started cutting my hair, she said she's been doing hair less than a year and I panicked a bit. I was confused and also she had already started cutting so I didn't feel like I could stop the process. The front looks ok, but the back is super uneven. She tried to give me layers, but it looks like steps and just uneven in multiple places. It's a bob cut, so if I want to get it fixed somewhere else, I have to go shorter, which I don't want. It was incredibly deceptive for the salon to switch me from the senior stylist, that I booked with to a junior one without telling me. I regret not speaking up sooner during the appointment but I've never had anything like that happened to me before and I waited over a week for that appointment. Also Lotus has very long nails and was not able to wash my hair properly. She basically got my hair wet and patted shampoo on the top of my head and then rinsed me.

This review is for Deanna. She will give you the best massage of your life! Perfect pressure! She works all my knots out but not in a painful way. So relaxing. I love chit chatting with her and hearing her stories. If you rather have less conversation, I'm sure you could tell her and she would accommodate. If you see another massage therapist at Luxe then that's not my recommendation and at your own risk. Go see Deanna. You will not be disappointed! I also get my hair done and facials here. They are all amazing! So many stylists to fit your schedule! One stop shop!
