So today I had an appointment with Grace to bleach my whole head and I specifically asked for a rose gold .Mind you ,I don’t have a lot of hair ,I have a short pixie cut and I got the sides and back of my hair razored down a little. When my hair was finished ,I saw a little of black and blonde still after she applied the "rose gold "color". Grace then explained that there will be some dark spots ,I didn’t think it was still going to be black.I also was on a time limit ,because I didn’t know that my hair would take 4 hours to do ,I got told 2 hours by her specifically .I then went home and was able to fully see my hair along with some of my family .I am really upset because I feel scammed .Im not writing this to bad mouth its just that I feel scammed ,I spent $255 and sat for 4 hours .I asked for a rose gold to which she said that my hair will be able to do it and she also tested a strand of my hair. I got a baby pink instead .I feel like any one else would be as upset as I was ,along with I don’t think a professional hairstylist would let me walk out like this .I just hope that no one else has to go through this because this was sooo upsetting .This is my hair ,my time ,and my money and this is what I get for it .I will no longer be going back ,again I’m not here to bad mouth ,I just don’t want anyone to end up in my shoes . I had such a wonderful experience at this salon with Sierra as my stylist. She was incredibly welcoming and really took the time to listen to my hair goals, look at my reference photos, and share her honest thoughts on the best approach. She did exactly what I asked for, and I couldn’t be happier. I haven’t felt beautiful in a while, and my hair was a big reason why — Sierra truly brought me back to life. I can’t stop smiling when I look in the mirror. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to how I should style my cut and which products would work best for my hair, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Sierra and can’t wait to see her again. The price was absolutely phenomenal, and the salon itself was beautiful, friendly, and inviting.

Victoria is amazing!! I am so happy with my new hair color and had a great time with her. She is great at listening to what her clients want!

If i could give someone 0 stars i would i went in for a cool grey balyage and received the complete opposite orange and yellow uneven tones and horrible dye job i would recommend avoiding krispy o toole i reached out to get it fixed and she just kept going with the same stupid excuses when obviously she didn’t let my hair process long enough or used the wrong bleach when she said she basically wasnt going to do anything i asked for a full or partial refund and i ended up getting blocked on social media and at no point was i being disrespectful.

They have two different locations with the same phone number. I called to make an appointment at the Broadway location and they booked me at the J street location without telling me. I went to the Broadway salon at my appointment time and it was closed. I called the number several times and when they finally answered at the J street location they told me I was at the wrong salon and charged me full price for a no show (they request a credit card prior to scheduling an appointment). They didn’t even offer to squeeze me in like many stylists will do. Why would they? They got their money. This could have been handled way more professionally. Very bad first impression and I’ll take my business elsewhere. You just lost a new customer.

Sumin is awesome. She is kind patient very thorough and very skilled. I am very hesitant about who touches my hair and felt very comfortable with her. She took her time and really enhanced my pixie curls 🙂

Victoria is absolutely incredible. If you're looking for a hairdresser who actually listens to exactly what you want and delivers, she is your girl! The owner, Liz has designed a beautiful, tranquil and modern salon and it's always super clean. Cannot recommend Victoria enough, if you're hesitant about booking here this is your sign to BOOK AN APPOINTMENT with her!
