I urge you not to go here and am writing this to save anyone else from severe damage to their hair. I waited a year to review to see if my hair would recover. I tried to save money by going here, asked for peekaboo highlights, and was sat under a heater with bleach on my hair way past processing time because Bila overbooked herself. My hair was FRIED. It also looked insane— she put streaks in my hair and only in the front of my head. My hair has never recovered from this. She would not refund me either. I went to a new and very expensive stylist for a color correction and she said it was up there with the top worst mistakes she has ever seen and thought I tried to color it myself.

I went from rich brunette to this buttery blonde—and YES, it took a few sessions, but patience is key when you’re going from dark to light! 💁🏼‍♀️✨ I’ve been going to Bila and Veronica for YEARS and they always deliver. Bila especially never misses when it comes to color correction—she knows exactly how to bring damaged or previously processed hair back to life without overpromising. She’s real, she’s honest, and she cares about the integrity of your hair. One thing I’ve learned as a client: be transparent. Let your stylist know what you’ve used (yes, even that box dye), how often you bleach, and how you treat your hair in-between visits. The more info they have, the better they can work their magic while protecting your strands 💯 If you're looking for someone who knows her stuff and keeps it real, go to Bila. Blonde, brunette, bold colors—she’ll get you there safely and beautifully. 💇‍♀️🔥

I've been a customer here for at least 2 years and I have to say that Bila is an excellent stylist. Today was my first visit since the hair salons reopened (COVID-19) and first time trying a different stylist for my son. He loved his haircut. The quality is always great but the wait time was very unsatisfactory for this visit. We had an appointment for 10:30am but the stylist said she was still working on her 10am appointment so we were willing to wait a few minutes since we arrived at 10:25 am... We ended up waiting until 10:51 am because she was the only stylist at the salon at the time and Bila was not aware she had a 10am appointment and neither did the stylist seem informed she had a 10:30am appointment. I told Bila we were available all day and with the CDC guidelines they have to follow, I would understand taking an hour to finish a haircut but their miscommunication made us wait for practically 30 minutes when we made an appointment and they could have scheduled another time for us if it would take so long. After this visit, I can acknowledge the skills of the stylists but I'm not willing to keep waiting like this so unfortunately, we will be going to our other salon/barber options that follow up with their appointments in a timely manner.

I went here for a pixie cut and was not disappointed! Bila, who specializes in pixies, handled me personally! Bila and the majority of her staff have thick, wavy hair, like mine. They always say to find a hair dresser with your type of hair! Bila is very knowledgeable and experienced. She answered all my strange questions, including whether they have to buy new scissors often. Also, Bila and her staff are Hispanic and speak fluent Spanish. I highly recommend this place for pixie cuts! It's hard to find a good hair dresser for short cuts. I'm planning on going back when my hair starts getting too long. Before and after pics below...

I need to give this place zero stars but it is not possible. I literally just received the worst cut of my life from Bila. I was a walk in but she was able to take me. She started cutting my hair without washing it, and I showed her pictures of face shaping front layers and I said I wanted to keep the length. She took an entire chunk out of one side of my bangs. I am not even sure how I could make a cut that bad. I returned home to my roommates and they were horrified so I went to another salon to get it fixed. I cried a little bit even after the fix becuase there is pretty much no going back. It looks like I am in the process of growing out blunt bangs, and to top it all off, I had to cut off ALL of the balayage I had done 2 months ago to fix it. Which broke the bank. So this bad haircut cost me almost $100. I AM FURIOUS. I left wihought acting like I didn’t like it becuase I am a nervous person, but DO NOT GO HERE.

Very unprofessional I visit to them for my hair cut and before she start I explain to her how I want my hair and agreed to understood but she cut my hair in wrong way and now they were looking bad and I still try to ask her can you please fix it but she was start screaming on me and she sad go your country barber don’t come here I was still try to say please don’t be mad it just hair they will come back but please don’t disrespect me while m saying I takeout my wallet and about give her fee she said give me my money right now then I decided don’t speak a word I give her $20 and left (that is robbery)
