Been going here for years, so nice to have a good nail salon near by! Always have room for walk-ins, even when they are booked. Very attentive to details, very fast at what they do, love matching nail sets. I love the small compliments. Especially when they did so well on my nails, had to take a little photo shoot! Truly perfectionists. Well deserved review! Lovely family owned buisness.

I recently had the pleasure of hosting my daughter's spa birthday party at BAM Nail and Hair Salon, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. After searching for a nail salon that could accommodate a large party, I found them, and they truly went above and beyond. The atmosphere was perfect for a girls' spa day, and the technicians were incredibly patient and attentive to each of the girls. They made sure everyone felt pampered and special. Thank you for making my daughter's birthday an unforgettable experience! Highly recommend!! 🙌🏽👏🏽

This was my first time at this nail salon. I made a 3:00 PM appointment the day before and arrived a couple of minutes early. I was told to sit and wait, with no explanation or estimated wait time. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked how much longer and was told 10–15 minutes. After that time passed, I was told "maybe another 10 minutes." I ended up waiting almost 45 minutes and left without being serviced. If a salon accepts appointments, they should respect them or clearly communicate delays. This was poor customer service and a waste of my time. I won’t be back.

Update: starting 1 week out from this most of the edges started to lift and now 2 weeks out, the gel polish on top of the acrylic is chipping on multiple nails 🙁 They did a wonderful job! Kept my fill nice and thin and was able to do my nails exactly as I wanted 🙂 Highly recommend checking them out.

⚠ WARNING ⚠ For $212, My daughter and I both got manicures and pedicures. I could of done a better job. My daughter's looks great. The lady for her took her time and did a great job. Mine was rushing, not very nice, and did a sloppy job. She kept commenting on my thick cuticles and how my nails are too arched. I was done 30 minutes before my daughter. Unfortunately, I won't be returning for that price. I can't believe I just paid over $200 for this. The more I look at them the more disappointed I am. Also, I'm pretty sure the electric nail file tips she used were not sanitized. They still had nail dust on them from the last person. *** UPDATE*** So my daughter started complaining her toe was hurting and she could barely walk. She asked if she could go to the Dr. She couldnt remember stubbing it or hurting it physically. I looked at it and under her nail was black, you couldn't see it because of the polish. Pus started gushing out!!! I almost vomited. Nasty!!! I don't think I'll ever go to a nail salon again. Don't go here!!!

My husband and I took our four-year-old daughter for her first pedicure for her birthday and stumbled upon Bam Salon by chance. The owner was incredibly sweet and accommodating, fitting us in last minute despite closing time. The entire staff was professional and patient throughout our visit. The salon itself is beautifully designed with stunning accent walls, and it was impeccably clean and sanitary. They were very accommodating, providing a pillow for our daughter who couldn't fit into the pedicure seat. The technician who did her pedicure was exceptionally sweet and gentle. They offer a wide array of nail colors, including a large selection of gel and specialty colors. We were thoroughly impressed and look forward to returning.

I just had a pedicure done here, and I must express my dissatisfaction. I paid $45 for a job that fell short of expectations. When I raised my concerns to the person in charge, likely the owner, they asked me to return so they could assess it. However, they insisted I come back after 3 because they were busy, which only added to my disappointment. It's a shame they didn't prioritize quality from the start. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
