Salon Sibell

i just wanted to share my experience just so others know that the communication betweeen owner and website are VERY unclear. Me and my daughter came in for simple cuts and were not told that we would be upcharged more then double! she cut 6 inches from mine, a simple face frame and a wash and wanted to charge me 150$. my daughter only need her hair blended from a previous bad cut and tiny trim and she uncharged for her hair being "thick" even though her hair is very short above her shoulders. I feel like it was all just very misleading and as the customer i should’ve been made aware that her cutting 6 inches would cost over double her website pricing. honestly i was shocked and appalled. Im not a confrontational person but felt the need to say something and she argued and tried to send me away with a "product" with no explanation of upcharges other then it was her "services" i’m paying for. i appreciate people and their jobs but this was outrageous. we still left paying 98$ each for pretty basic haircuts. just wanted the public to be aware that you won’t be paying 65$ unless she’s cutting less then an inch of hair.

Sibell is professional and very welcoming. I needed a cut and but of a refresher. She did an amazing job encouraging my natural hair to look great with the right cut!!

I highly recommend Salon Sibell. Stephanie Rogers did an amazing job with color, cut and style with my hair. The salon is cute, bright and clean. They have great hair products as well. I love the booking online feature and the prices. Makes it easy to pick your stylist and how much to expect to pay. Great place for those who want a higher class of professional hair stylists like Stephanie Rogers but not pay the overly expensive salon services. Everyone should give Salon Sibell a try. After going to multiple salons in Austin and having the absolute worst experiences possible, I am SO glad I finally found Salon Sibell! She is absolutely amazing, and truly listens to what you want - which I find most salons lack. The salon is clean and beautiful. Pricing is fantastic. I was SO happy after my hair cut, I am looking forward to my next appointment for a colour and trim. Definitely highly recommend trying this salon!

I accidentally found this place because my mom works out at a place next door and I am so glad I did!! When I got there they offered me a drink and then provided a smock to change into to protect my clothes, I’ve never had a salon do that. I was working with Silvia Craig,and she was absolutely wonderful! She was very careful to be sure we were on the same page about what was to be done and also gave me feedback to perfect the look. She also took the time to protect the new piercings I had from the dying, shampooing, drying, and styling processes! And pricing is great! With any good dye job I expect it to be expensive but with them it wasn’t bad! My old salon charged me $190 before tip for a partial balayage, Salon Sibell Charged about $145 for a full balayage! Now I’m sure that could change based on color and stuff for others but that is significantly better pricing then my old salon. And I love my hair!! Will definitely be returning again.
