I had the pleasure of seeing Shannon Brown on 12/4/25 for my initial install and all-over color with a few rows of 20-inch wefts and two side tape-ins, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. She was professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. This was my first time getting extensions, and it was absolutely worth every penny. I’ve been dealing with autoimmune issues that caused significant hair thinning, and several stylists turned me down, saying I wasn’t a candidate for extensions. Shannon was honest, compassionate, and worked with me on a truly personalized plan that felt safe and realistic. Her communication was excellent, and I always felt respected and supported in her chair. After seeing a recent negative review, I felt compelled to share my own experience because it couldn’t be more different from what I experienced. Shannon is skilled, honest, and takes great pride in her work. I’m so grateful for the confidence she gave me back and will absolutely continue seeing her. Highly recommend. It’s important to remember that this is more than a job—it’s someone’s career and a source of income for the family they are supporting. False reviews can be very damaging! You don’t have to take only my word for it just look at my before and after photos from only a few days ago Thank you Shannon 🤎

I paid 1800+ for professional hair extensions and a balayage, expecting high quality band new hair, proper color blending, and correct installation. Within 24 hours several pieces had fallen out. The hair was coarse, frizzy, poorly matched, and she placed several strips on my part line?? it was just bad. Unwearable and uneven. The adhesive was lifting and was not completed as discussed. I missed nearly a weeks worth of work, hundreds in sales, all while trying to get this corrected elsewhere. I am just shocked that they thought they could pass this off as acceptable. And when I wanted a refund, they said no and thought to have me come BACK. As if I would trust them again. It was disputed, the bank gave it back thank god. Do not see Shannon Nichole.

I am so grateful I found my Tribe… at Tribe. The ambience is absolutely adorable. Earthy vibes, their decor for the seasons is a Pinterest board of cuteness. Britt is my girl!!! Finding a your hairstylist is like finding the love of your life, or your mom group. Once you do, you never want to let them go! Britt is that person for me. Amazing work every time, listens to me, and perfectly understands what I am looking for. I also love the products they offer and they have made a huge difference in my hair.

Yasamine is literally so amazing!! I told her about my last experience at a different salon & showed her pictures & she was so understanding of how that was frustrating & does such a great job at making how I picture my hair come true. Everytime I come I love how she cuts my hair & colors it!! The salon is also super clean with great music & everyone in here is super friendly!! Def would recommend!! 🙂

I recently had my haircut and color done by Susan at Tribe Salon and Spa, and I couldn't be happier! She has an incredible talent for blending colors, and my new shade is absolutely stunning. The haircut is perfectly shaped and has given my hair such great movement. Susan is not only skilled but also a joy to be around and incredibly knowledgeable! Rose has been my hairstylist for a long while now! She is one of the best people I know, and the only person that I let touch my hair. I travel to NorCal just for her to cut and color it. She always knows exactly what to do and offers ideas for fun change without any pressure! I don't want to brag, but my hair for my wedding was FLAWLESS. When I got engaged I knew I needed her to do my hair for my wedding! She helped me to make sure that my hair length would be where I wanted it to be and made sure to cut it early enough that it would still look healthy but not super short or anything. She had me find references of not only styles I might like, but also color wise how I wanted it to be. Rose always makes you feel great about yourself and your hair and my wedding day felt no different. It was so nice to be able to relax and know that nothing was going to go wrong with my hair. It was absolutely beautiful. She taught my maid of honor how to put my veil in and take it out without wrecking anything, too. My husband and I had a first look out in a windy meadow before our ceremony, and Rose met me at our venue to fix my hair again before the ceremony that way it would be flawless. I received so many compliments on how beautiful my hair looked and how much people loved the way it was put back. Rose stayed on schedule with ease in getting all six of my bridesmaids done, my dad, our officiant, our flower girl and myself done on time. If you need bridal hair I would 110% recommend Rose. And if you don't need bridal hair, but just regular hair, I would still 110% recommend Rose!
