I had such a great experience here! Their new stylist, Natalie, is amazing. I came in to fix a bad haircut, and she did such a great job turning it into a super cute bob. She really listened to what I wanted, checked in throughout the appointment, and gave me some great tips for styling it at home. You can tell she really knows her stuff. I’m so happy with how it turned out, highly recommend seeing Natalie!

I've been coming to Hair Guitar for a few years now and always have a great experience. They are always kind, friendly and helpful and always offer something to drink. Helen is an amazing stylist. I always leave their feeling and looking better than when I arrived. She keeps me laughing and smiling and makes my hair look better than anyone I've ever gone to. I highly recommend Hair Guitar and Helen. Oh and I can't forget to mention all the great music videos that are played all day long!

Hair Guitar Haircutters is a unique interesting salon. Helen cuts my hair and she was supportive thru my long hair phase and now with my newer short hair. I appreciate the hot face towel, and finishing up with a brief shoulder massage. Also I saw a beer dispenser today which didn’t work for my morning appt, but it’s a nice touch. Helen is friendly and does a great job on my hair too.

Natalie is soo great! Definitely recommend her! She fixed my butchered hair and gave me a super cute shag look. 😁♥️🔥 Atmosphere is amazing. Such a vibe all around.

I had really high hopes when I went in about a week ago to get my hair highlighted and do a color correction. While that part went fine, I was then suggested to get a hair trim just to remove any of the damaged hairs and to keep my hair healthy. I thought okay why not, if it will help maintain the health of my hair. The girl who did my highlights was not the person who gave me the haircut, so Lacey was the one that ended up cutting my hair. As soon as she did the first cut, I kind of knew that it would not end well. I have pretty short layers in my hair with my hair already being shoulder length. I noticed that she was blunt chopping my hair which then I actually told her that I usually prefer my layers to look more point cutted and not straight across and since it is a trim I thought she would match the way my hair was cut then to keep it looking the same but still trimmed. She then kept going and said she would use her texturizing shears. When she used the shears she basically just took random chunks of my hair and used the shears in a way that still made my hair look blunt chopped but shorter. She then blow dried my hair and I paid for everything and was on my way home. I immediately took a shower and let my hair dry before seeing how it would look naturally unstyled and I couldn’t believe how bad it looked. It was so uneven, both sides did not match, and it looked as if I went in with kitchen scissors and cut straight across to shorten my layers. It was not cohesive or blended at all. I have attached pictures of my hair post hair appointment. The last photo I added is how my hair looked the last time I cut my hair back in February at a different salon and how I usually keep my hair and its layers (only thing that was used for styling was some curl mousse). Unfortunately now I will have to go to a different place to get it fixed. I am pretty devastated.

I have been going to Helen for haircuts over the past 18 months. Her service and attention to detail has been awesome and is the reason I continue to use Hair Guitar and their services.
