Luminous Beauty Lounge

I have been going to Elena for a couple years and cannot recommend her enough! The atmosphere in the salon is relaxing and chill, I have never felt like she is rushing me through a service. Since going to Elena my hair has become noticeably healthier. Where she really shines is her skill and knowledge with color! I love the dimension she is able to create and how well it holds up. Reds and coppers have always tended to fade somewhat quickly for me but with Elena the color holds up beautifully until my next visit. By the time I come back in it’s just the roots that are noticeable!

I’ve been going to Elena for the past 5 years, and I can confidently say that a cut and color from Elena is worth every penny! I drive from Buffalo to Rochester just to see her! Elena is not only a consummate professional—always welcoming, attentive, and reliable—but she’s also an incredibly talented artist. Her eye for color is unmatched, and she somehow manages to make each cut better than the last. She truly listens to what I want and brings it to life, always making sure I leave her chair feeling confident and refreshed. Whether you’re looking for a subtle refresh or a complete transformation, Elena is the stylist you want. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair!

Elena is so incredibly talented. She takes the time to understand what I’m looking for and determines what’s best to suit my goals. Every time I see her is my favorite day, and she consistently makes me feel beautiful.

If you’re looking for a hairdresser that takes the time to understand what you’re looking for, who will go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with your hair. Who can teach you the proper way to style and take care of your hair Elena is your girl! She’s been nothing short of amazing every time I sit in her chair. She makes sure you feel comfortable, and relaxed. Their suite is just the cutest little private spot. They offer coffee and other beverages so you can just sit back and relax. And did I mention the scalp massage! One of my favorite parts of getting my hair done is the scalp massage and Elena is the best at it! I’ll be returning until she no longer does hair. 5 stars all around!

Elena is awesome! She always takes the time to make sure I get exactly what I’m looking for. After so many failed attempts at different salons, I’m so happy to have finally found someone who really understands all of my hair needs. She is wonderful at what she does, she is extremely knowledgeable, and truly passionate about her work. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Elena is not only personable and friendly but really knows what she’s doing! I’ve had her style my hair for weddings numerous times and love the outcomes. Luminous Beauty Lounge is also easy to drive to, great parking and has the best staff.
