Everyone at Douglas J is so friendly and professional. We have taken our toddler here a few times, and Sofia always does an amazing job. She is always so patient with our son, does a great job making him feel comfortable, and gives him an excellent haircut! The rest of the staff also go above and beyond to keep him entertained and make us all feel welcome. Definitely recommend Douglas J to any families with young kids!

Used box dye, and heaven forbid...Sofia had to do strand test which seemed fine. She called my hair gummy and due to time cancelled appt. Left with nothing but rudeness. Go anywhere else....
