I’m always very satisfied with Brooks trimming my hair. With my Asian straight and fine limp hair, it’s not easy to find a hair stylist to do it the way I wanted. Brooks is a professional, courteous, helpful, patient and respectful hair stylish whom I only go to for a haircut for the past few years. Thank you, Brooks!

Love the online check in.. Always Very packed with customers....because you know the wait is worth it.! . We have been there A COUPLE TIMES to fix MY SONS self haircut...and they do AMAZING. ..Will get names next time or maybe I will gate keep for myself.🤣

Very Disappointed. DO NOT let Laura anywhere near your hair. For a "professional" hairdresser with 19 years of experience, what she did was NOT okay. Laura was suppose to give my 4 year old a handsome haircut but she completely botched his hair and turned one of his most favorite things to do into a terrible experience leaving my son feeling uncomfortable during the hair cutting interaction. - LAURA PUSHED MY SONS (4yo) HEAD DOWN Instead of using her words to communicate. - LAURA ACTIVELY CUT HIS HAIR WHILE LOOKING AWAY - Left him in the chair midway to ring up another client who was displeased with her disabled husbands haircut which ended with Laura stating it’s the clients body that makes the haircut look poor. - LAURA MADE INAPPROPRIATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMMENTS She told my 4 year old son "you have a HAIRY neck" and when she tried getting away with not trimming the top of the head, I told her I still wanted the top trimmed and she responded with, "Well we tried" and seemed annoyed that I wanted an actual haircut for my son. - LEFT BALD SPOTS The finished cut was worse than a 10 year old taking a try at cutting his brothers hair for the first time. The back was uneven, the top was a mess.. uneven as well. The right side of the top/bangs was LONGER than the middle of the bangs and the left side of the top/bangs were SHORTER than the middle leaving it looking funny and somewhat intentional. The BACK?! The back she knicked two different bald spots which definitely looks the worse out of her Three areas of mess ups. Maybe after 19 years it’s time to retire or change careers because it’s just UNBELIEVABLE.

Online check-in was a breeze. Very small wait when I arrived and great haircut from friendly barber! Super good price to boot!

Haircuts are OK and way over priced, at least for seniors. A $20 plus tip haircut takes about 15 minutes of employees time. That's $60-80/hr. we are paying Great clips to pay their employee minimum wages. My latest peave is checking in, which is a must do. I have checked in showing I can expect a 20 minute wait. Then 10 minutes pass and I now have a 35 minute wait. ???. I still go though. Not many other options in my case.

I always wait for Josie as she gives the absolute best haircuts! And she’s very customer service oriented and so friendly and fun.
