SALON 44 - RENTON

Got my hair done with Heather for my bday and I told her I wanted warm, golden brunette and she left it way darker (closer to my natural hair color), AND SHE BLEACHED IT. I'm Very unhappy with it, the color isn't terrible but it is absolutely not what I asked for, Never coming back. I also want to mention when i booked my appointment I SPECIFICALLY left notes for the stylist to reach out to me because I wanted to show her my inspo beforehand and see her work since it's my first time going to her but I got no response and unfortunately I trusted her & the process. 😭😭 I'll put the inspo pics & my results below (mirror pic holding phone is obviously me).

Love my new hair cut from Xin! She gave me cute layers and curtain bangs with such a nice soft look. Love my custom color too - which is the perfect shade of medium dark brown. Always professional and also so fun to chat with!

I always trust this salon for my haircut. I have Asian hair so I need someone who knows how to cut and style it. The hairdressers that I've had (Heather and Lucy) were so nice, friendly and knowledgeable. The place is well kept and clean. This is the only salon I'd keep coming back to for my hair needs.

Thuy is amazing! Super friendly, detail-oriented, and really knows her stuff. I was nervous coming in after past bad haircuts, but she totally put me at ease. Super attentive, asked all the right questions, and even gave tips based on my hair type. Best haircut I’ve had in a long time—left smiling and will be back! So glad my friends referred me here!

The stylist did not do a consult and glanced at the photos I showed her before just going Edward Scissorhands on my hair. I had to go to another stylist to get it fixed but unfortunately she cut some pieces too short to fix. The new salon said my hair looked like it went through a lawn mower. Go at your own risk.
