As someone in my 60’s , The atmosphere at this salon is always professional, jovial and respectful. The salon is clean, everything from the wash bowls to the stylist chairs are comfortable and I never worry that I won’t leave looking and feeling my best. Every stylist has something nice to say and the camaraderie among them all is warm. It’s obvious that they care for each other. I am amazed at the many talents that they possess to artfully craft the style that you want. I’m very pleased.

I have been coming to Mr. Naturalz for 2 and a half years now, and it is the place to go for natural hair styles. Honestly, what got me were the products. They are fantastic. But of course, the service I receive is top notch as well. The stylists are nice and always professional. Eka is the best! I am very tender headed and I cant even tell her hands are in my head when she re-twists my locs. I feel transformed after my loc maintenance with Eka. The price is $$$, but you get what you pay for at Mr. Naturalz. Considering I get styled every 8 weeks. Thats saying alot because am frugal. A one stop shop for products, and professional stylists.

I started my locs here two years ago and have been a happy customer ever since! This is probably the most professional salon I’ve been serviced by in my entire life. From check-in to the check-out and all of the customer service touch points in between, the team always delivers. They play well-rounded music, adapt to your preference of engagement, and are all friendly and professional. Reuben leads a great team, with great skills, great service, and great products!

Shaporia was a great stylist and friendly. They did crochet braids on me and I loved how they came out. They even recommended a way to make them look more natural next time which I’m excited about. Looking forward to booking my next appointment with her.

I have been here a total of 3 times and I am booking my next appointment. Bringing my son and daughter on my next retwist. I love the vibe and professionalism as well as the teamwork. I just moved from Georgia to Washington. I had a very difficult time looking for a solan for my hair specifically. I found these guys my 3rd week out here. They were really nice and friendly. I plan on going back to them again . If I didn’t find them I was going to cut off my locs forever

I made an error in booking my appointment online. When attempting to call to attempt to reschedule, absolutely no one picks up the phone and the text messaging with your AI virtual assistant is absolutely unreliable. Updated from 1star: After FINALLY getting a call through, I was able to get my appointment rescheduled. But I will remain on 4 stars because the scheduling system/communication ability really needs to be revamped because it still took multiple calls just to get through to a physical person to speak to and the AI virtual text assistant was absolutely no help. I later found out about the app when I spoke to Rueben but perhaps the virtual AI text assistant can be updated to make mention of that app instead of constantly forwarding a message to calling the phone number.
