I asked for light balayage with full highlights she didn't agree coz she told me it's not gonna work coz it's too light, so I said caramel or brown she agreed and it didn't turn out balayage lol I showed pictures before we start and not even close when we finish. I paid $685 plus tips. Not worth it for the price this looks like $100! not really worth it for the price. And she cut my hair longer than she showed me before we start naaah never again. right side, photo of what I showed her I want that we agreed on.

My husband and I both get our hair cut at Nini's, and she does highlights and balayage for me as well. We LOVE her! She does fantastic babylights in my hair that have a really soft and natural grow-out. She is super reasonable and works with me to create a color that is low-maintenance. Highly recommend!

Nini magically transformed my over-saturated, color treated auburn hair to my natural silver/white. It was a quite a process, and she did an amazing job. I'm always getting compliments. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair.

Always have a great experience. It’s a calm, relaxing salon with amazing massage shampoo stations and a knowledgeable stylist. The products and service are great and prices on par with other salons in the area.

This is an excellent salon in Redwood City! I got a great haircut and the owner was really knowledgeable. The whole atmosphere was very relaxing. I definitely recommend & will be back!

I gave a one-star review because my experience was very disappointing. The service was slow, the quality was poor, and the staff seemed unorganized. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences
