Tiffany is THE best hair colorist I’ve ever encountered. Last year I wanted to go blue, and I’ve been seeing her ever since. She absolutely nailed each and every version of blue/teal I’ve wanted while also ensuring that my hair stays super healthy! She is very upfront about her services and prices and doesn’t make you feel pressured to do everything/all the services. Her communication and expectations are amazing, and she is honest about experimenting with new/existing color (ie I came in the first time with cheap box "blue" dye and she helped me understand my options and what to try to achieve the color I wanted while also checking every step along the way if we were going in the direction I wanted). I feel so comfortable with her and she is warm and inviting and her expertise clearly shows in her work. I needed to treat my hair to get the intense color I wanted, but even though it’s been bleached it is still insanely healthy. You are in good hands with Tiffany and I recommend her to anyone!

Tiffany is the absolute best she has been doing my hair since 2019. I had a HORRIBLE highlighting service done when I went to someone random and bless Tiffany she was able to fix it. She got me in for a color correction consultation and pretty much immediately I knew I was in great hands. It was very orange and patchy and she was able to even it out with a (it’s been years, bear with me with the technique’s name) color melt. I have been loyal to her ever since! Thank you Tiffany love ya!

Second visit with Farouk for color. Front desk confirmed Friday appt, saying ‘ask him about products then.’ Drove 30 min—no appt, she claimed I was too product-focused and wasn't interested in an appointment.’Rescheduled; Farouk called minutes later to cancel as it ‘got personal’ with his wife. It was her personal projection, very unprofessional.

I just have to rave about my experience with Tiffany. Not only does she do an absolutely amazing job with my hair, but she's also the sweetest person you'll never meet. Every time I sit in her chair, I know I'm in for a treat - she's got a way of making me laugh and feel at ease, even on my most stressful days. Her attention to detail and passion for her work are evident in every cut and color she does, and I always leave the salon feeling like a brand new person. If you're looking for a hairdresser who truly cares about her clients and will make you feel like royalty, look no further. 10/10 would recommend!

Considering the price I paid , it was a terrible job. I was in the chair for almost 5 hours because my virgin roots were orange , she offered to fix it so she reprocessed it again but it’s still amateur work. I don’t trust this place to "fix it" anymore because I’m afraid of going bald. Plus the hack job that she did with layering my hair does not blend at all…. Supercuts could have done better .

Tiffany has been doing my hair for about 7 years now, and she’s the ONLY one I trust. I have extremely dark, almost black, thick hair, and she has kept me at a level 9 blonde this entire time without compromising my hair. It’s the healthiest I’ve ever had it. She does not rush to bleach my hair with harmfully high developers, she always prioritizes the health of my hair and bleaches my hair in sessions to get the best results. We all know you can’t go platinum in one sitting starting with black/brown hair. Working with bleach takes realistic expectations (client & hairdresser), patience, technical application, knowledge, and experience, and she has it all. She’s also very very sweet and makes you feel at ease, so that definitely helps with the experience. Go with Tiffany!

I have been a customer for several years now and can't believe it's still a hidden gem! Salon Farouk is on PCH with ample parking behind the salon. Nicely decorated, it's a large space with plenty of fresh air. Even when people get hair color it never smells. Martin is an amazingly gifted hairdresser... He listens to what you want and how much styling you are willing to do yourself. His cuts are perfect, I love how he works with my wavy texture for minimal maintenance hair! He's been my hairdresser for 9 years now and I travel several hours to see him. The salon sells a few select products at competitive prices as well. Definitely a customer for life!
