I was late to an appointment by 10 minutes, 15 because this suite is extremely hard to find. The building looks very different from the outside. And there is almost no directions. The owner was extremely rude and ROBBED me of all my money (it was a pre paid appointment through classpass). He refused to give me the hair blowout appointment I had booked which was for 60 mins to which I was late by 15 mins. I did not receive a phonecall informing me that this appointment is no longer going to be valid. Absolutely worst service ever. Please do not waste your money on this place like I did

Fantastic studio! The space is incredibly welcoming and comfortable with a calming energy. Jay does incredible work and is always informative. He will give you all the tips you need to keep your hair looking great between appointments.

As someone new to the area, I‘m so happy I found Jay to trust with my hair care! He not only has a great eye for hair, but his studio is stylish and welcoming. We always have great conversations and I love the attention to detail he puts into his products and final look. After my appointment, I was given a small shampoo/conditioner sample, bracelets and a wooden business card sprayed with a perfume of my choice- so classy! Can’t wait for my next appointment!

One of the best cuts and colors I’ve had in years! I live in NYC and would travel back in LA just to get my color and cut done here again. Jay is great to talk to and will ask the right questions to make sure that you get the exact color and cut that you want. His studio is adorable, clean and chic. Couldn’t recommend more!

I had been looking for a hairdresser for a long time, and luckily, I found Jay. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He also gave me great advice and tips on how to take care of my hair, and suggested a slightly different haircut than I usually go for. Jay did an AMAZING job with my hair. I got it cut/styled as well as a balayage and I absolutely love it. I just got it done yesterday and am already getting compliments! He also is so informative about how to best take care of your hair and has great product recommendations as well! It’s always nerve racking going to a new hair stylist for the first time, but I have definitely found my new hair stylist!
