Craig is AMAZING. I truly can’t say enough good things about him. Every appointment feels like a reset for my confidence. I always leave feeling refreshed, beautiful, and completely taken care of. Not only is he unbelievably talented, but he’s also wonderful company. The conversations are always great. I’m always smiling and genuinely enjoying my time in his chair. Allison did my hair and she absolutely was amazing! I wasn’t too sure what I wanted with my hair as I never get it done but she gave me lots of options and was very patient with me! The shop was very clean and cute as well! 100% recommend going to Allison she is very sweet and really takes her time on your hair to make sure it’s what you want:)

Jene does amazing hair! I randomly thought I'd try a new salon and was placed with her and have been going to her for years now. She truly is the best!! She gets my color right every time and is super sweet! Love this salon and the complimentary wine is awesome!

I was able to book a last minute appointment fairly late in the day. My stylist was Morgan, and she was wonderful! My hair looks amazing, she knew exactly how to fix whatever the heck this other salon did to my hair (won't name them, they're really not that bad, I'm just a tough case I guess). She was very sweet and patient with me even though I kept her pretty late. Will be returning for touch ups. 10/10!

We went to visit Jen. My 6 year old daughter got a haircut from a friend that needed fixing! Jen did a fantastic job. Was very patient with my daughter that chatted her up the entire time. She was super sweet AND did an amazing job with fixing the chip job. The entire salon was very professional and clean. It was our first time there and we'll both definitely be going back. Amazing place

Jene is a fantastic hairdresser and one of the very best with dyeing your hair. She stays on top of new fades and is always willing to try something new. If she has a opening make a appointment. Jene also does permanent make up, I have had my eyebrows done and eyeliner and I am totally happy with everything. she is a perfectionist and I like that. The owner of Platinum runs a high quality shop, Everything is very clean and products are full and the atmosphere is very pleasant & professional.

Don't tell Craig, but he is AMAZING at doing hair. I have been going to him for 25 years. I have chased him from salon to salon throughout Redding (and Anderson...and Palo Cedro). He cannot seem to get rid of me. Craig is very knowledgeable and attends classes to keep up with the trends. I appreciate he is always on time for my appointment. I have already made my appointment for a root touch up for my own funeral in 22 years, 3 months and 5 days. I don't want him to be booked out that day.
