Naree Massage & Spa

I’ve had an excellent experience at Naree Massage. She is incredibly skilled, professional, and truly knows how to work out tension and problem areas. Every session leaves me feeling noticeably better—looser, more relaxed, and properly reset. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about helping her clients feel their best. The environment is clean, calm, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. I highly recommend Naree Massage to anyone looking for a high-quality, effective massage.

Naree Thai Massage is hands down one of the best massage experiences I’ve had. The therapist is incredibly talented — strong, intuitive, and clearly very experienced in traditional Thai techniques. She found knots I didn’t even know I had and worked through them in a way that felt both therapeutic and deeply relaxing. The assisted stretching was amazing — I walked out feeling taller, looser, and completely reset. The space is peaceful, clean, and welcoming. If you want real Thai massage (not just a spa-style rubdown), this is the place. Five stars all the way.

I was in town for work and decided to get a massage. Looking at current reviews I know it couldn’t miss. Yes it was pricy for the location but they were Fast to response and very flexible! I had Sapha ( hope I spell it right) she was kind and helpful with my online booking and changes I made, did the best to accommodate me. She had applied enough pressure. Clean Little place and yes I would recommend the place and specialty her work.

There are not enough words to describe this experience in relief from tremendous back / body pain. I am blessed to play a lot of golf each week but my 56 year old body is in a perpetual state of tension & pain due to overswinging and not resting / healing from several back injuries in Feb 24. Sapha was incredible. She really loosened up the muscles especially in my back. Such an incredible experience and relief from pain that I am booked for a 3 hour massage!!! Thank you Sapha 🙏🕉🩷

I have been coming here for several years now. I’ve never found a better place in Redding. Tiffany and Sapha are both so amazing. I get Thai massage every time and highly recommend 90 minutes. This was my first time trying cupping too. I loved it. Tiffany has a way of getting into my shoulders without pain. If you want a real deep tissue massage, go here. You will not be disappointed.

My lower back and neck gets extremely tight from spending a lot of time driving. The ladies at Naree are easily accessible and have good techniques for relieving that tension. It’s easy to see what times are available for you through Booksy making it super convenient.

Amazing! What else can I say? Sapha at Naree Massage has developed the winning formula for people seeking an original, and by far the best, Thai massage anywhere. You won't find a better massage and culture anywhere near Redding CA. The massage is custom made and custom fit & the price is right on point! Just do it already!
