Honestly this location has really dropped off. I’ve been coming since 2018, and the last couple of months, the receptionist and floor manager have had really nasty attitudes. From my very first appointment, there’s been a habit where it doesn’t matter if I show up on time, early or late, I will always be made to wait 10-30 minutes before a stylist can see me. And in my experience, when I arrive late, I wait less time to be seen. I arrived 13 minutes late today and was immediately told they could only fit me in for a dry style. Not ideal. And quite frustrating. Fine. I’m waiting and I ask the receptionist after waiting for 7 more minutes "who is my stylist today", and she said "we can’t wash your hair" and I said, I understand, I’m asking who my stylist will be. She then says "you still wanted a style?" I just stared at her in such confusion because where in my interaction had I said I didn’t want a dry style. Meanwhile, my sister who had come with me was told she could only get a wash if she accepted a "rough dry". Fine. Also inconvenient. My sister was seen almost 3 minutes after we walked in. By the time my stylist was ready for me, my sister’s hair had already been washed and it was in the process of being blow dried. I waited an additional 15 minutes before my stylist was ready. Meaning if I had arrived on time, I would’ve had to wait almost 30 minutes for my stylist. The stylist my sister got ended up styling her hair as well and she finished at the same time I did — with my hair only getting dry styled because I was seen so much later. Honestly there are other locations that have opened up in Eastvale and Corona, but they rotate the same people amongst them — so i definitely won’t be trying those locations either. Cancelled my membership a couple months ago after the first bad experience with the receptionist and was just using up my remaining credits. Won’t be returning, and I will let the last credits expire. This isn’t entitlement. It doesn’t matter if you arrive on time, they will always make you wait 10-30 minutes. There was a time I waited an entire 45 minutes before being seen. I never complained. It just doesn’t make sense that even if I had arrived on time, the stylist I would’ve been scheduled with would’ve still made me wait 30 minutes before being seen. It’s weird behavior.

originally visited Dry Bar as a volunteer for one of their networking events—and I ended up walking out with a monthly membership! What completely sold me was how knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly every single person was. I didn’t plan to sign up, but the experience spoke for itself. Honestly, I’ve never had my hair blown out like that before, and I genuinely can’t wait for my next visit. This is what self-care should feel like. If you’re looking for a team that truly takes care of you, go check them out—or better yet, get the membership. You won’t regret it!"

I have been a barfly member for a few years now and love getting my hair done by Marissa. She is the best stylist! My hair always looks amazing after she does it and she is such a sweetheart! Marissa is the reason why I maintain my membership with Drybar. I have tried many other stylists and no one compares to her! Definitely recommend Marissa when booking!

I’ve been coming to this Drybar since it’s opening before COVID. I’ve been very happy over the years with the service, and the wonderful stylists. I come every week, they take care of my hair, and I’m set to start my week positively and confidently.

I love this dry bar location. The staff and store manager Jay is very nice and welcoming. Great place for getting professional blowouts 🥰

Had a great blowout by Marissa O. Was seen on time and she styled exactly as I requested. Will definitely be requesting her on weekends.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Drybar. The stylist who was supposed to do my hair clearly didn’t have the skills to finish on time, and then had the nerve to try to charge me an additional $30. I’ve never run into anything like this and I been here multiple times. On top of that, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. I won’t be coming back here.
