I had an amazing experience at this salon! Cailin did my curly cut and absolutely nailed it. She really took the time to understand my curl pattern, explained what she was doing, and made sure everything was tailored to my hair. The cut brought my curls back to life and made them look healthier and more defined than ever. The atmosphere was welcoming and professional, and I left feeling confident and happy with my hair. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Cailin to anyone with curly hair!

I booked an appointment with Ana for my daughter’s birthday (we were a little nervous since it was our first time getting hair done in NC after moving from up north), and it turned out to be the best decision! From the start, Ana’s communication was excellent, and my daughter had such a fun, positive experience. We absolutely loved how her hair came out—Ana is truly the best!!!

Tone Salon is THE best salon in every aspect! I had the goal of growing out my grays and getting the rest of my hair to match my gray salt and pepper roots for a natural grow out with minimal damage. I researched who could make this happen and found Ana! At the consultation, she listened to my goals, asked about my hair coloring history, assessed my hair condition and did a strand test. She asked me to show her several pictures of what I had in mind. Ana is extremely thorough and professional with the best communication skills to "make sure we are on the same page" with my hair goals. THAT is everything! After being pleased with the strand test, I booked the appointment! Let me tell you, Ana creates magic! Not only did she make my hair dreams come true, but she was the most kind and friendliest person I’ve ever met. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the salon and it literally felt like such a relaxing experience. I had zero apprehension and was completely confident in her abilities. It was a drastic change for me. A total and complete makeover. I had dark hair that was very brassy with gray roots. made my hair the most gorgeous color, cut, and style I’ve ever had. After my appointment, we did a photo shoot for social media! I felt like a model. My husband and family were so impressed and were like "WOW!" I feel so pretty now. THANK YOU, ANA! You are THE best! I feel like a new woman!

Becca was my hair stylist and she was amazing!! The atmosphere in the salon is so positive and their professionalism and skills are the best I’ve seen in the triangle. They care about making you happy and not the dollar amount which is rare to find. I will definitely go back!

I had my hair done from Tone hair Salon. Leda was professional knowledgeable and was able to educate me on what I need to do to maintain my hair between visits. I am not just another client but someone she shows sincere interest in making sure I know what to do when I get home to ensure my hair looks like I always step out of her salon ! Highly recommend her team !!

This place is awesome! Fadi took me in the same day and worked magic on my hair. He gave my hair new life in just a short time. I don’t live in Raleigh, but got his number so I ca comeback every time I’m in town! Highly recommend!!!!

Ive been working up the courage to post this for ahwile now: I loved my experience up until I noticed that my hair dresser left bleach on my hair way too long, but I figured she knew what she was doing, I loved the color, so that made me relax a little (my opinion they are way to focused with Tiktok and getting good videos, they were always taking videos and going off to the back/taking personal calls) after she started to brush my hair out from teasing my whole head , I noticed she was overly aggressive, pulling hair out, not brushing with care (just trying to get the job done) 2 months later I noticed my hair was falling out, ive always had really thick hair too. Come to find out i developed Telogen Effluvium from the excessive pulling while brushing and chemical damage. I will never come back here, I feel like I should get a refund, but thats besides the point. Im at a loss and hate my hair now. Hopefully with time it comes back, but just beware if you get your hair bleached or teased. Please dont do it. Not at this place.
