Review of Salon Eden I recently had an experience at Salon Eden that was very disappointing, especially given the significant amount I spent — over $500. Unfortunately, the outcome was not what I expected, and I did not leave feeling happy with my hair color. When I expressed my concerns about the color, the owner (Joe) initially refused to offer any kind of adjustment or comp, such as applying another toner. Only after I pushed back did she reluctantly agree to fix it, and it felt as if she was doing me a favor rather than addressing a legitimate customer concern. Despite showing her several reference photos and clearly explaining that I prefer chunkier highlights and varied colors, she proceeded with her usual approach, applying a toner to make the color more uniform. This was exactly what I did *not* want, and it was clear she prioritized her own agenda over my preferences. Throughout the process, I did not feel heard or valued as a customer. The lack of professionalism and empathy was evident, and even after the second appointment, my concerns were not adequately addressed. Considering the salon requires a 20% tip for services over $200 — which I paid on top of the already steep price — I expected to feel amazing about my hair, not dissatisfied. I believe in fairness and good faith, so I requested at least a partial refund due to the unsatisfactory service. The owner was unprofessional and unapologetic throughout, which only added to my frustration. Given the quality of service and the way my concerns were handled, I now understand why this business is struggling. This experience has left me seriously considering further action to seek resolution. I hope the salon reflects on this feedback and improves their customer service and professionalism going forward.

I recently was in the market for hair extensions, Salon Eden in Raleigh has employees that are not only educated and was able to answer all my questions but they are also the most gentle and caring staff I have ever come across. I worked with Hannah here and had the best time of my life! Hair extensions are a long and tiring process and she made sure I was feeling comfortable the whole time as well as making sure I was getting exactly the service I wanted. She ended up giving me the hair I have only dreamt of! See the photos attached for the before and after!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this salon!! Katherine did a MAGNIFICENT job transforming me!! She did my hair and makeup for an event, and made me look the best I have in AGES!! I TRULY felt like a princess!!! She listened to my concerns about me wearing "too much" and she knew my style better than I did!! And Chris up front makes you feel welcome and relaxed and was a joy to speak with. I had SUCH a wonderful experience while I was there...I am a forever Salon Eden fan!!

Joemary and her team are incredible to work with! Not only are they extremely talented at hair and makeup (they did it for me and my bridal party for my wedding), but they’re also so flexible and fun to work with! Every bride is nervous on her wedding day but Joemary made me feel right at home and confident in my own skin! I absolutely recommend Salon Eden for future events! My hair and makeup stayed perfect for the entire day including my outside (in MAY so it was HOT), our first dance (which was choreographed and included lifts and dips), and our reception (where we danced the night away)!

The fashion color they created for me is absolutely stunning-bright, vibrant, and incredibly flattering! One thing I really appreciate is that they always provide a quote before starting so there are no cost surprises when you check out. It's such a relief to have an open conversation and know exactly what to expect. Not only does my hair look amazing, but I also leave feeling pampered and confident every time.
