Today I got my keratin treatment from Lena. I want to say first and foremost the studio is super clean and inviting. She has drinks and snacks which honestly I needed after a couple hours. Second Lena is an amazing professional. The consult was very thorough and she listened to my specific needs for my hair and gave me her recommendations. She also made sure I knew how my hair would turn out after and asked if I would be happy with the results. She truly cared for the health of my hair and my overall comfort. Third, Lena walked me through every step. She said in the beginning all the steps and then at every new step she told me what was happening. I asked her about the hair tools, products, and methods she was using and she answered kindly and with so much knowledge. Forth, Lena is very kind and very helpful. She is direct with her words and kind with how she delivers them. I cannot stress this enough. Just a wonderful person. The price matches the experience and I wouldn’t want anyone else to do my hair. Very lucky I found her and I will be back. She took a very stressful treatment for me and made it a pampering and wonderful day. I feel like I made a new friend.
