Update: replying to the business’s reply - Yes, this happened some time ago and I never thought to leave a review until you all came up on my recommendations for a spa during a Google search. Immediately was reminded of my bad experience so I felt the need to speak up. I have email evidence of my cancellation and am happy to share that with you all. Original review: They cancelled my service after booking it online, didn’t bother to reschedule me or offer a different day. Just flat out rejected my business. I seem to remember there being a conflict with the service provider’s schedule, but again the right thing to do would have been to offer a different day. Had never even set foot in the place before for them to ever consider "firing" me as a customer. Completely understand that private businesses are entitled to refuse a customer, but the way this was handled was simply unprofessional and kinda weird. Lol. I know when I’m not wanted, so I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.

Sami washed, cut, blowout, and styled my hair today and she did an amazing job! I don't feel comfortable getting my haircut due to bad experiences from others in the past, but she listened to my needs and went the extra mile. I highly recommend their services!

Sami really cares about the health of my hair and how to enhance what would actually look good on me! She is the only hair stylist I found that ACTUALLY cares about my hair’s health and beauty! She did so amazing and was so patient with me because I was so afraid to go for a big change! She talked kindly and encouraged me that she would take good care of my hair! And she did! She stuck to her word and went above and beyond!! The salon is clean and BEAUTIFUL. No drama like other salons. The employees care for one another and take ownership of the place they work. Their dedication is clearly seen! I like how roomy it is. A lot of salons can cram you into a small room with lots of chairs, but this salon is organized very well where you feel comfortable and beautiful!

I have gotten my hair and my daughter's caught here. Stylists are always thoughtful and kind. Great results and Aveda products always smell lovely!

Very disappointed!!I came here on Friday March 18th 2022 for an all over color and asked for and icy ash blonde and left with pretty much orange hair and my roots a disaster with lots of missed spots. My appointment was at noon and didn’t cash out until 3:40 and this is what the results were. Just wishing for my money back.

Had a wonderful experience here. We are new to town and our stylist Devon made us feel very welcome and suggested some great places to check out. My 7 year old daughter came to my appointment, was never made to feel like a burden (I have had that feeling in other salons throughout the years). Very kid friendly, is a win in my books! The stylist took the time to listen to what I wanted and we discussed options. In the end I left a very happy customer, and my daughter had a blast!
