I had a great experience @ this Salon! I was accommodated as a walk in, which I know from experience being in the industry, is not easy or able to happen often. The staff was so sweet and able to take of me right on the spot which was amazing as I was dying to cut this hair. Charlene was my stylist, her personality was beautiful and her skills were superb! She helped me change my look and really brought my ideas to life. I highly recommend this salon for all your hair needs ☺️☺️

I went to this salon for a simple highlight and color. I HAD very long hair. In the process of washing the color out of my hair the stylist tangled my hair so badly it was like a hockey puck on the back of my head. I left so mad because she was only making it worse. She kept saying my hair is so fine. My hair is curly, curly hair is not fine! I had to have the mess cut out of my hair it was so bad! To top it off the salon Identity charged me $196 and asked if I wanted to schedule another appointment. Save yourself heartache and go somewhere else!

Kayla has been looking after my hair for nearly 3 years and I am delighted every time I see her. The cut is so good that when I get up in a morning all I need to do is brush my hair and it still looks great, no need to heat style every day. Absolutely love this salon.

This was my first visit at this salon. I can't say enough on how satisfied I am, my stylist was Norma. She's so experienced & great at what she does. I walked out feeling really great with the overall experience. I look forward to my next appointment. I totally recommend Norma if you are in search of a fantastic stylist!

Had a great experience. Right from the moment I walked in the door for my consultation I felt very welcomed. Sahrina did an amazing job on my hair. I have long dark hair with lots of gray. She blended highlights in so beautifully and gave me an amazing cut. Sahrina is truly an artist. I absolutely LOVE it. My hair has never looked better! Will definitely be back.

I was attending a wedding in the area this month and decided to treat myself to an up-do for the occasion. Boy was it a treat! Kayla was so wonderful to work with. She took my inspiration photos and made my hair into art. She was experienced, professional and a perfectionist. All of the staff was super friendly! The salon was clean, modern and very comfortable. I would definitely come back when I visit again!
