Ana's Hair in The City Dominican Salon

I woke up and decided that I wanted a blow out. I called 2 other places but Ana's was the only one to take walk ins. I came in and was serviced very quickly. Hair blown out and styled in 2 hour, 10 minutes. (45 minutes was under the drier). Patricia was my stylist and she was kind and very good at her job. I will be back!

A day before Thanksgiving and only one person to do hair in the shop! I waited 4 hours to get my hair done! I just wanted to say thank you so much! You are so amazing! I’m sorry I don’t remember you name! You made my day and did an amazing job!!

I called and made a same day appointment. The lady I spoke with told me I would be seen with either Patricia or Odalys. I arrived at my appointment time and the place was completely closed (not to mention it was around 2 in the afternoon). I am new to this area and I told this to the salon... but I've visited many salons before and made same day appointments. This is the first time I have made an appointment, arrived in the middle of the day for the appointment to find the business closed. What is the point of taking an appointment and getting the customers phone number to not give a courtesy call if you plan on closing early? This was poor customer service in so many areas. Very disappointing.

Negative experience. I spoke with Patricia regarding her services, and she was really rude

Only place I got to after I take out my braids and protective style patricia always slay and lay my 4c hair.

Patricia did a great job straightening my 4C hair. The only negative thing I have to say is that you guys shouldn't assume that people don't speak Spanish. I was really uncomfortable listening to negative comments being made by others in Spanish about my hair texture being bad. If I were a hairstylist I would nip any of these conversations in the bud right away. I won't be going back for that reason and that reason only.

The new management of this shop is terrible! I dropped my daughter off to get her usual relaxer to find out when it came time to pick her up, that their prices went up tremendously because "they kept opening up relaxer containers". Mind you, no one called to say anything, just kept opening more containers so that they could charge me more. I will never go here again which is sad because this used to be the cheapest spot to get your hair done, I guess they decided to price gouge instead of keeping a faithful customer.
