This salon is a gem!! Beautifully decorated with a very high end salon decor. All of the staff are so welcoming and make you feel at ease. I had not colored or highlighted my hair in well over 20 years so picking the right salon to help me gear a fresh new look was super important. After reading the reviews for The Hair Phoenix I chose them. I could not be happier with my decision!! Kendall was amazing and after listening to what I was looking for in a hair change she transformed my fine brunette hair into a masterpiece! I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this salon…5 ⭐️ ALL THE WAY!!

This was my first time at the salon and I could not be happier with the results! Sandie is very talented and so sweet! The salon is beautiful and conveniently located. I am excited to find a highly skilled stylist so close to home and look forward to my next visit!

Sandie is my sister’s hair stylist and was referred to me by her. I had been to another salon who over toned my highlights, over corrected it with a wrong colored toner, could not fix it/get it right after having 2 appointments with them, I had already paid for the service, was not offered a refund and left unhappy. Sandie got me in within a few days, 2 hours in her salon she had my hair fixed and I was feeling like myself again. She also charged me a very reasonable price as she was sensitive to the fact I had paid full price for a coloring job that came out wrong by another salon. This salon has good vibes, friendly staff and is clean & tidy. Looking forward to working with Sandie and her crew at the hair phoenix going forward. I have had my fair share of hair extensions over the past ten years. I moved to Florida and was nervous to find someone that really knew what they were doing. I found Sandie and I am so thankful and beyond happy with my new hair🩷. Sandie is a true artist with her attention to detail and expertise my hair is absolutely perfect, I love it!!! Not only did my new hair transformation turn out amazing my whole experience thru out my appointment was great. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Hair Phoenix yesterday! I’m new to the area and always dread finding a new stylist, but Sandi was absolutely wonderful. She really took the time to understand my concerns about color and cut, helping me put into words exactly what I wanted. We also discussed extensions, and she expertly guided me toward the best choices. The salon itself is gorgeous and welcoming. For the first time in years, I was able to sit comfortably at the wash station—the chairs and sinks are perfectly designed! Sandi is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also so much fun to talk to. I’m thrilled I gave Hair Phoenix a try and even happier to say I’ve found my new stylist!

This has truly been the best experience i've ever had in the hair world. Sandie is a true artist who has perfected her craft and cares tremendously for the work she puts her name on. not to mention what an amazing, sweet, charismatic, and thoughtful person she is down to the bone. she gave me exactly what i envisioned and then some. i asked for 24 inch extensions as well as a color refresh and cut. my goodness did i get what i wanted and at such a reasonable price. Sandie was also very upfront and honest with the pricing and process which was so refreshing. she's more than happy to work with the customer and is always asking for feedback making it feel like a collaborative process. she is so full of knowledge and tought me everything i could possibly need to know about my extensions. this was a ten out of ten experience and i'll be going back to her everytime from now on.

We had a great experience with Megan! We came here as a Christmas gift for my mother who has thick dark hair which was turned Garfield orange by another salon. She has been dyeing over it at home with temporary box dye and she was VERY afraid to get a professional recolor done because of the bad experience she'd had previously. Megan explained everything very well and addressed all her concerns at the start of the appointment, and even switched her to a cheaper service than we had originally thought! My mom's hair looks GREAT now, and with the conditioning treatment it's incredibly soft too. Excellent work, thank you so much!!
