Chloe Hair7

she posts on Instagram that Walk-ins are always welcome, but when I went in and asked for someone to curl my hair, I was really told no. I don’t know if it was the owner or someone else, but their energy is very unwelcoming and uninviting.

So like the majority of everyone on here, I followed Chloe Hair 7 on Instagram and got excited about the idea of getting a really realistic lace wig, that looked damm near like it was growing out of my own scalp. I went on her website and balked at the prices initially, but then I figured that it would be a fair price to pay to get my hair laid for prom. Me and my mom were the first to get to the store at 9am. We paid for the wig along with the installation (so around $450). The first red flag that came up was when the hairstylist took the strands of my hair (I came with my hair braided down already, which she said was fine), and sewed it all into one section. Now I have thick hair, and even if I had thin hair, doing that would have obviously created a bulge in the back of my hair once the wig was placed on. My mom (whose paying for all this mind you), asked the hairstylist if there would be a bump on the back of my head. She said no (there was one). Then the stylist went in the back to wash the hair. Halfway through, another customer came to get a lace wig as well. Rather then just have her wait till my hair was done, the stylist decided to take on two clients at the same time. I personally wouldn't have minded if it didn't turn into a damm assembly line (because with the way she was running back in forth between both our heads, it was obvious that she was in a rush, despite the fact that it was still so early and we were the only two customers in the salon). My third red flag happened when the stylist started applying the glue. I'm no expert but I knew that she was applying too much. It wasn't till after I took off the wig, that I realized that the reason she used so much glue was because the wig was too small for my head. Rather then just tell me that upfront, she felt the need to use copious amounts of hair glue to keep it attached (the pictures I have below is all the glue that was stuck to my hair). By the time I left the salon, there was hair from the sides of my face that were glued to my cheeks (I had a middle part). I didn't even want to bother telling her because god knows what she would have done to take it off. And I was already pissed because the $80 installation fee was for nothing, since my hair looked nothing like how the Instagram page showed it would be. It literally looked as if I got my hair done by someone else. By the grace of god, I still have my edges after the hours I patiently spent trying to get all the glue out. Chloe didn't do my hair and I didn't even see her since it was so early. However, if she as a business woman, can trust someone that incompetent to not only open up the salon and do client's hair, maybe it was for the best that I didn't see her. I fully believe the other reviews that even when Chloe did do their hair, it looked nothing like what you see on the Instagram page. If you as a business advertise your services to look a certain way, it better be up to up to par with what your clients get. Save your money and just find another salon to do your hair.

Chloehair7 words can not describe the experience I had there not only is the wigs and hair is the best quality but Chloe her self and her team is the best customer service I ever had at a hair Dresser and I have been to a million hair Dressers and I never been this happy and satisfied in my life. Kudos to Chloe and her team for a for a awesome job well done. Also her shop is one of the cleanest most comfortable and beautiful salons to get service in. I recommend everyone to go and experience the world of hair with Chloe. I will forever be a client at at Chloehair7 she rocks..

I went there one time and honestly, she does good hair but her daughter was mistreating a little puppy and she let it happen. She grabbed the dog by its leg, threw it in the air, spun it in the chair. You can see the distress in the dogs face and attitude. There was no water bowl or snacks given to the dog the whole time I was there which was about 4 hours. The mom (owner) said nothing to the little girl. As a dog and animal lover, dogs are living creatures not rag dolls, please take care of your pets with care. As far as the service goes I liked my hair however I will not be going back because I do not support animal abuse.

Her hair is amazing quality. If you use your own frontal she will charge you more. She doesn't wash and braid your hair. If you come with your hair not braid and you have type 4 hair she WILL ask you to go somewhere else to gets your hair braided or charge you extra. The glue that is used is amazing quality and will last up to 3 weeks. The way she does the ends near the ears is always messy (sticky) because she cuts the lace before hand. Don't travel out of state to her salon since she can cancel last minute. Just some Pros & Cons. GREAT for last minute install just follow her IG to see if she is open for the day. She is a quiet reserved person but not rude, just speak up about what you want from her service. She just needs an assistant to get 5 stars.

I love Chloe’s shop and her work! I drive from Miami at least twice a month to get my install. The staff makes me feel very welcomed and her mom is the nicest! Chloe works hard to make everyone look their best. I would definitely recommend Chloe and her salon to anyone that wants a real to life hair slay!

I went to the salon earlier this year and Chloe was very rude and antisocial like most of the reviews mentioned. I was excited to get my hair done by her initially because I thought her work was going to be unique and something I would not be able to replicate as someone that's not formally trained. It wasn't. Too much glue was wedged into my braided hair. I must say, the braids were very neat though! But tighter than what I'm used to. The hair was mediocre, not bad at all but I haven't been back since. What turned me off was Chloe' s off putting demeanor to new clients/guest and that's the number one reason why I haven't and won't come back. She makes you feel so unwelcomed. The rest of the staff was kind! Please, talk to your 'Queen' and let her know she's running people away with her arrogance! She may be a nice person but she doesn't show it.
