I just got my brows microbladed by Jamie, and I'm so in love with the results! She made me feel super comfortable the whole time and explained everything step by step. The attention to detail, precision, and care throughout the process were exceptional. My brows look beautiful, defined, yet natural, exactly what I wanted. Jamie is so talented and sweet; I can't recommend her enough.

Truly stunning micro dermabrasion on my brows. After losing a lot of my browhair to an auto immune condition, I am so thrilled to have thick beautiful eyebrows again! They do excellent work!!

My Korean glass facial by Liv was so relaxing, rejuvenating and left my face glowing. My friend also had the same facial by Adriana and she also loved it and would recommend it. We will both definitely be back for more amazing treatments!

Olivia did a great job on my pedicure! She took time to make sure my nails were exactly how I wanted and spent time doing a foot massage & cleansing my skin. So much more thorough and in depth than going to a salon and the price is a STEAL! $17 for a gel pedicure! Will definitely be back 🙂

I really wanted to love this place and was hopeful since I know it’s a school and the students are still learning — but I left pretty disappointed overall. I came in for a body scrub, which was supposed to be a 1-hour service, but it ended up being less than 40 minutes. The student doing my treatment was sweet but there was some miscommunication. She asked if I wanted a towel to cover my chest area, and I said sure — but apparently she took that to mean I didn’t want my stomach, lower back, etc. scrubbed, which I never said. I would’ve been completely fine with that if she had clarified. When I mentioned to the front desk that my service ended early, she said it was probably because I’m "more petite" and have less surface area, which didn’t make much sense. Later, the supervisor told me that the student assumed I was uncomfortable with certain areas, and that’s why it was shorter. I explained what actually happened, but nothing was offered to make it right — no partial refund, no chance to finish my service, and no discount. The place wasn’t busy at all, so that was really disappointing. I decided to give them another chance that same day and booked a facial in the afternoon. The facial was good, and I appreciated that service. However, I also brought my mother-in-law in for a back facial, and unfortunately, she was very uncomfortable the entire time because they didn’t have a proper massage headrest. She had to strain her neck just to lay flat for an hour. Even the supervising instructor came in and noticed but didn’t try to fix it during the service. Afterward, my mother-in-law mentioned they "should have headrests" but again — no one offered any kind of compensation for that oversight. The students are kind and trying their best, but I wish the management and supervisors were more attentive, communicative, and willing to make things right when things don’t go as expected.

I had a deluxe facial and I loved the service Leu provided. She was very attentive, kind, and communicative with every detail, and it wasn't painful at all. I immediately scheduled another appointment. 100% recommended. You'll be in excellent hands.

I have been going to PIA Institute and Spa for over 7 months. Jaime has helped me remove my uneven microbladed eye brows and replace them with even combo brows, she has also done my lip blushing! I've been to many spas and this is truly the best. All employees are professional knowledgeable and very helpful. I recently did a scan on my face to start a skin care regiment. Nicole walked me through the steps and explained my skin compared to my age. This was only $35! What a great deal...it's normally over $150. I can't wait to see my skin improve. If your looking for a luxurious spa at half the price look no further! They are the best!
