I had an incredible experience at Mulan Spa! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. Kathy did an outstanding job on my hair during the bleach process—she was meticulous and attentive to every detail, making sure everything was done safely and beautifully. The results were even better than I imagined! She also did my lashes, and they turned out amazing—super light, comfortable, and with just the right amount of volume. I’ve never felt more confident. Huey gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. He was extremely detailed and precise, and you can tell he really cares about the final result. My hair looks and feels amazing! I highly recommend Mulan Spa for anyone looking for high-quality hair and lash services. I’ll definitely be back!

i'm very grateful for Mulan Spa! the main stylist for me was Huey, and other staff help with shampooing and other work. for my first visit i went to get my very overgrown roots rebleached and my whole hair recolored into a light pink they call rose gold. i went again about two months later to get my roots rebleached again and my hair recolored. apparently it was the same color formula, but the second time around gave me a darker pink, which i honestly preferred, so it was all good!! both times i have had a positive experience. they do very well with my hair and the finish is always wonderful. huey is especially very careful and kind with his work. in order to avoid excessive costs, i decline most treatment and oils, which leaves my hair feeling pretty damaged when it's finished, but it's alright as i have oils and treatments at home. Mulan Spa is great at what they do, but isn't so much at time management, so it would probably be best to leave the whole day available when you visit. regardless, they're a wonderful team and i'll be sure to come back to rebleach my roots again soon!

Absolutely amazing as always! The new location is beautiful and the team always does wonderful work. Japanese permanent hair straightening on my hair. Lasts a very long time, no frizzy hair at all, and my hair always looks like I just left the salon. I also got the silky hair treatment to keep my hair looking shiny and healthy. Thank you so much! I had the most amazing experience with Kathy yesterday for both an eyelash extension and a facial. Not only was it incredibly affordable, but Kathy’s attention to detail truly stood out. I get facials regularly, but this was the first time I actually saw my face look noticeably lifted — it felt like magic. I genuinely looked younger afterward! Kathy has such an incredible eye for aesthetics. I originally came in with a specific lash style in mind, but Kathy gently suggested a different style she thought would suit me better. I’m so glad I trusted her expertise — The extensions complemented my eye shape without looking heavy. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Kathy is truly talented, and I can’t wait to book my next appointment with her!

I need to wash my hair and asked her how long I would have to wait. She said, "Right now." I sat down at the shampoo chair, and she told me to wait 2 minutes because she needed to do something for the guy before me. I agreed. After that, when she called me, the guy who was getting a haircut told her to take another guy outside before me, and then it would be my turn. That was very disrespectful to the custome . Me and my husband never 👎 comback here anymore.

Tried Mulan Spa for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Completely satisfied with how accommodating they are with my schedule. Professional and courteous services and I love how my hair turned out. I’m coming back for more hair nurturing and styling services!

I came here with a Groupon for a scalp treatment. I called for an appointment and they told me to come in "right now" I told them I could be there in 30 minutes and he said ok. When I arrived they had me wait 20 minutes at the front. I was then called back. The salon is bright and clean, it looks very nice. The guy who shampooed my hair did a good job. Unfortunately, he seemed to be the only one working despite multiple employees sitting in chairs looking bored. He washed my hair, was dying another ladies hair, put me under the steamer, cut a man’s hair, then went to wash another customers hair. Poor guy was the only one juggling clients. It doesn’t help that no one speaks English so communication is very difficult. My advertised 45 minute scalp treatment ended up taking over 3 hours, I sat for a long time doing nothing waiting for the next step of the scalp treatment while the poor solo employee hustled around dealing with multiple clients. Finally after a wash, I was handed off to another employee for a blowdry where he kept tangling my hair in the round brush and (painfully) pulling it out. I’m glad I bought the Groupon and didn’t pay full price for any of these services. I do not like leaving bad reviews, but I will not return. This place has potential if they hire more employees.
