My first time everyone made me feel like I knew everyone I enjoyed myself, so if you're looking for a beautician, Shecosmo and beautyhighlighter don't be afraid to stop by and show a little love I'm glad I did.

Shout out to James the barber at Shecosmo! Thank you for hooking my grandson up. Our appt was at 6pm and he got us out quickly and my grandson cannot stop raving and complementing about how well you lined him up. He loves it! Great service! We will be back.

I have been coming here for almost a year and I must say I absolutely love my locatian Shenice!! She has growing hands, a beautiful spirit, a believer & gives amazing service and energy everytime I get serviced! Truly a pleasure getting my hair done, not to mention she is extremely flexible and will squeeze you in if need be. She listens very well and always ask what are we doing today, I love that because she never assumes what service im getting she asks and kills it everytime.

Took my 14 y/o son to get his haircut this evening at SHECOSMO. He is so picky about his hair and very worrisome about how it'll turn out. Red was his barber and did a phenomenal job. I don't think I've ever seen my son this impressed with a haircut. We both agree that he has found his new barber. THANKS RED! Now I just need to get something done with mine lol. And there is where I will try!

There isn’t a clear system for booking for all stylists. At my last visit, I was quoted one price online, but was up charged once the service was done. I also arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time, but didn’t sit I the chair until an hour later. Also, when you contact the stylists on the number given on their personal cards, they take forever to respond or they don’t respond at all. It’s the same for Messenger communication. For my second visit, I waited an entire day for a response when the message was read & I had to send another message to see if I could be scheduled still due to being desperate. I actually canceled my upcoming appointment on Saturday because of this. The atmosphere of the place is really good, but the communication and booking with customers is lacking. As a tipping customer, I expected more. I really wanted to love this place and make it permanent. However, I won’t return & it’s unfortunate because I loved the atmosphere & the conversations with both ladies, both times. Last thing, they are also not enforcing the wearing of a mask by customers. On both times that I was there, I’ve witnessed customers and staff without a mask or wearing a mask improperly. Lastly, they are not enforcing mask wearing by customers. Some of the staff isn’t even wearing a mask or wearing it improperly. I’m not even sure if I am saying her name correctly, but Herlaina?, was so nice. I enjoyed our conversation. She was also very gentle with my re-twist. The product used to re-twist was heavier than what I usually re-twist my hair with on my own. Still, not a huge problem for me. I’ll be back & I’ll just bring my own gel with me. The price was also fair for a last minute appointment. I’m glad that I had the opportunity to sit in her chair! 🙂

I visited SheCosmo to get my hair braided by Avani and she definitely exceeded my expectations!! Everyone I met was so friendly and nice to talk to. I would absolutely, without a doubt, recommend this salon!
