My experience at the whole9 salon was 5 star quality . Ms Talia did an excellent job giving me my 3 Bs ... Blonde, Bounce, & Bodyyyy ! She is great stylist & colorist . I would definitely recommend a visit to her . She definitely will have your hair on point.

Talia was wonderful! I went as a new client and was very pleased with the visit and the results. Talia is super friendly and did and amazing job with my hair. She takes the time to discuss your ideas and knows exactly what you would look good in. I highly recommend her and will be coming back!

Horrible attitude. If there were zero stars, I would give her that instead. I called talia to make an appointment for a balayage. She asked me to send a picture before hand to make sure what I wanted is doable. After confirming that it was doable, I went to the appointment. I have dark hair but she thought applying just the brown color will get what I wanted. Since she was more knowledgeable in this area, I agreed to whatever she recommended as long as I get the look I wanted. After the service, there was no color really showing so I told her and she said she will put some serum which will lighten it up. She had another client waiting so I didn’t really argue with her and paid her and left. After I reached home, I took some pictures on my phone and realized that it seemed like there was no real highlights showing in my hair so I contacted her right away and asked her if I can come back to get it fixed. Initially she said she is busy with a client right now so why don’t I come the next day. I canceled all my plans for the next day so I can get my hair fixed and agreed. The next morning she contacts me saying that she is not feeling well so we have to reschedule. I told her that is okay but I need to get it fixed soon since I am not in the country later. She started giving me excuses and wouldn’t agree to give me an appointment for the next couple of days. Instead she says, I keep certain days for only my real paying clients. That was messed up to say after I paid her even with a tip although I did not get what I was promised. Then when I asked her what day I can come she started cursing and saying how I was bullying her and didn’t care about how she was feeling. This is horrible. If she was not feeling well, she should have just told me that I will contact you later. Instead she started a whole argument and was putting blame on me. I truly do not want anyone to experience this again. I normally do not write bd reviews but this is a must so everyone is aware of she treats you. We all are humans and mistakes happen but the way you handle it is very important in the professional industry as well as a human being. She really disgusted me! I do not even feel safe going to her and do not even want to get my hair fixed with her anymore!

I love getting my hair done with Talia. She always does an amazing job and I enjoy our talks. She’s an expert with blondes, too. My hair didn’t break off and was healthier during the two and a half years I saw her before I moved out of state. She will be missed.

I have been coming to Talia for years after my husband introduced me to her since he had been getting his hair cut by her also. I always have a great experience from the moment I walk Into the salon. Talia is very professional and does a full consultation to ensure you’re on the same page about what you want and what is possible in that session. She has impressed me with using many different techniques depending on what look I’m going for and most recently installed extensions for me which are amazing. I recommend Her to anyone who is looking for a great stylist!

Went in yesterday for my first visit to try a QUALITY brazilian blowout for the first time... and boy did she deliver that. My hair has never shined or been this smooth before. Talia has years of experience and is a very intuitive person. She is awesome at explaining what she is doing and gives good hair care advice. Not to mention that she is also very passionate about what she does! I can confidently say that this is a great place to go to if you need hair advice. 10/10

I had super straight fine hair that had no volume. Talia helped me transform into a whole new person! She put a curly perm in my hair and never would have I thought my hair would have so much volume and style 🤩 I definitely recommend coming to her for any of your hair needs. Very satisfied
