I love Salon XO and the stylists and experience each time I go. Ms. Patricia always does a great job each time I come for a trim and silk press, and my hair is thriving since coming to see her. I highly recommend Salon XO.

I have been coming to do hair treatments with Monica for almost a year now and cannot recommend this salon enough! I have very fine hair and have been searching for the best hair salon that knows how to care for & treat natural hair and I am so glad I discovered Salon XO. Monica really knows the best way to care for natural hair and even provides suggestions on hair care products. A big reason why I have been going to her for a year now is because of how gentle she is with my hair. She truly is a professional. As a Black woman who has lived in Pittsburgh for a while now, it has been so hard finding the right hair salons that truly care for my hair type and I am so glad I started coming to Salon XO. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Amazing experience every time. I had a bad fit with my last natural hair appointment at a different stylist so when I first came to Ms. Monica I was a little hesitant…but she is so kind and always has my hair feeling so soft and healthy. Only salon in Pittsburgh I go to!

Patricia was my stylist and she was absolutely phenomenal!! I booked for a rehab silk press which included scalp analysis, bonding treatment, deep conditioning and a steam treatment. Patricia was very professional, and relatable through out the entire appointment. After the appointment, my hair is soft, shiny, with voluminous curls. I'm glad I came here. If you decide to come to Salon XO, I promise you will not regret it!

After a horrible experience at a previous salon that left my hair damaged, I was honestly nervous about trusting anyone again with my hair. But I decided to try XO Salon, and I’m SO glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands. Monica was amazing! She was extremely professional, on time, and incredibly kind. She took her time with me, explained everything she was doing, and really listened to my concerns. The way she handled my hair was so gentle, but she also made sure I was getting exactly what my hair needed. She broke everything down in a way that actually made sense, from what was going on with my hair to what we were going to do to fix it. I didn’t feel rushed or like just another client. It honestly felt like she cared. After such a traumatic experience at my last salon, this was a complete 180. I left feeling so good, refreshed & most importantly, hopeful again about my healthy hair journey. I can truly say I’ve found my natural hair salon. XO Salon (and Monica!) has gained a loyal client. Highly, highly recommend!
