Excellent salon experience! The service is top notch from the time you arrive til the time you leave. My family has been in the beauty business for 3 generations. I have never been in such an upscale salon! The design is elevated with a chic, cozy vibe. Every detail has been thoroughly covered. After I booked my appointment, I received a questionnaire asking basic details about my hair condition & my expectations. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk clerk & promptly taken to a very cushy oversized leather chair. My stylist, Lydia is obviously highly trained, very detailed and quite talented at both hair color & cutting. Ergonomics were carefully included in the salons design. The client chair & shampoo chair are the most comfortable I’ve ever sat in. Hair dryers hang over every station as a way to reduce hair stylist shoulder injuries. The coffee, tea & cookie bar is a nice touch as is the complimentary gift bag of sample hair care products & other goodies I received as I was leaving. The price is higher than usual but this is no ordinary salon and well worth it! I will definitely be back.

Salon was recommended by family member. Website was accurate and easy to navigate to make an appointment. Salon was Super easy to find with lots of free parking. (Drove over a hour to get there) Lydia was my stylist and had excellent communication and went over every detail of the color and cut throughout the entire process. She is super friendly and extremely talented! Made appt to return in the new year!

Emily did an excellent job with my men’s haircut. From the initial introduction to the styling consultation, she was very attentive and professional. Since it was my first cut with her, she checked in multiple times throughout to make sure I liked how it was going, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend Emily.

Caroline was AMAZING!! She asked detailed questions to make sure she understood what I was looking to achieve, and checked in with me at every stage of the process to make sure I liked it. The blending in my hair was flawless and the color and cut was exactly what I wanted. Can’t recommend her enough!

Emily has helped me transition from my long term hair stylist who retired a year ago. He recommended MCN and I was lucky enough to be introduced to Emily. Emily has only a few years of experience as a hair stylist, but you would never know it. Her creativity, knowledge about hair and products, and the chemistry of hair care is impressive. She has the highest standards for customer satisfaction and will provide ideas for stubborn hair behavior that always work! Have been seeing Steph here for about a year now for cut and color- she really worked with me to find something I like, and is always pleasant+efficient. The results are consistent and my hair turns out great. The front desk staff and the other stylists are really nice as well, and the space+coffee/snack bar is a big bonus.

I had such a great first experience at MCN! Steph was amazing! We had great conversations and she went right along with my hair goal! The staff and ambience of the salon was warm and inviting, too!
