I got a braid takedown and deep conditioning treatment, which included a mask and a steam. It was totally relaxing and my hair and scalp feel fantastic. I was able to make an appointment the day before and they had plenty of availability. It was so convenient not to have to do it myself. It might not be something that I will pay to have someone do all the time but when I’m short on time and want a little self care I will definitely come back.

I recently had a great experience at Kari’s for a head spa and facial, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the clean and calming environment. The owner was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met throughout the treatment. The head spa was a unique and rejuvenating experience, leaving me feeling refreshed and stress-free. The facial was equally delightful; my skin felt revitalized and glowed afterward. I'm also excited to hear about their upcoming new location! If it’s anything like this one, I can only imagine how wonderful it will be. I can't wait to return and indulge in more of their amazing treatments. Highly recommend!

We discovered this shop through a Google search. Followed their tikitok and Instagram pages and decided to try it. We drove over an hour. We were amazed at the kind friendly service we reveived and the excellent boho braids my daughter got today. I highly recommend this shop and we will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had a real great experience at Karis Braiding & Beauty bar! Multiple braiding rooms, clean space, and my braider was friendly + she was a fast braider! I got Large boho knotless braids and we were done within 3 hours! I do recommend bringing cash as they do charge a 3% charge for debit/credit card. Overall, Appreciate y’all for making me feel amazing!

Such a good waste of my time and money. Please don’t go here. I got my hair done not even a week ago from posting this. My hair is poking through my braids and I literally am so irritated and upset to even think this was "normal." I’ve never had braids before.The service was not great. I contacted the woman that did my hair and she recommended putting them in loose during the service. "If it’s too tight let me know I’ll loosen them." Some were so tight it physically was hurting me. I had no clue. The lady doing my hair could not stay off her phone and I feel as if I was rushed in and out. Also the pricing was a joke. To put down a $50 deposit and then get there and the price is bouncing from $170-280 had me more then upset. I wanted to splurge and get my hair done this week because I have so much going on in the next couple of weeks with vacation and a wedding, etc. They wanted me to come back up to fix a couple braids and I physically do not have the time to go back and forth. I have multiple friends, family members, even a different hair dresser tell me that my hair is not even gonna last and I’m literally gonna have to take it out before the wedding that I have to go to and get my hair done somewhere else because what she did is unfixable. I was told my hair would last 6-8 weeks. I feel this was very unprofessional and since I didn’t know better I definitely got played. To spend a little over $300 for my hair to look that this 2 days after, It’s beyond unacceptable. Please don’t waste your money here.

This was my first time going here since my regular girl is pregnant and had to cancel my n me last minute. But I will say that this place is fast! My hair was done in about 3 1/2 hours and I got knotless boho shoulder length style. My braider did run late so I was there probably there an extra hour then I wanted to be because I had other things to do that day because I was leaving for a vacation that evening but life happens. My only complaint is that I booked and paid for my boho curls to be 100% human hair and honestly I do not think that they are( all hair was included with the service)……..they’re tangled and when I apply product to my hair it still doesn’t look how it is suppose to as I’ve gotten boho before which leads me to believe that they are synthetic curls. I definitely would keep this place in my back pocket! But I would just watch what I book and just only get regular braids. I probably should have double checked before what started braiding my hair but I did show her my appointment before we started so I figured all was good. So I would just be careful.
