This place is not worth it! I had Ronaldo cut my hair. I had shown him the photo I was wanting to get and he completely said alright. I had told him I did want my hair to have volume and texture and to have my bangs trimmed to be thinner and not thick. I had no idea what he was even doing. He burned my neck with the blow dryer and drenched my hair into hair spray. It hardly looked like the photo at all! Im so ashamed to have walked out with my hair like this. And the fact that my bangs are cut uneven and it looks the same exactly as I had it before! Do not go to here at all!!!!

Savannah did an amazing job on my blowout! My hair looked gorgeous, shiny, and full of volume. She was professional, friendly, and made me feel so comfortable. Highly recommend her – I'll definitely be back!

My first experience. Just moved here from Pennsylvania and needed a place to get my haircut. Sent a message over the weekend when they were closed and received a response pretty quick. They asked when and what I needed. Got my appointment. Went in today and was approached immediately asking what I needed. Gave my name and was taken for shampoo right away, was asked if I needed a drink multiple times. Than I met Renaldo who did my cut. What a great person and did an exceptional job on my hair. He asked me what I wanted and he was perfect. He also was extremely friendly and funny as heck. I will be back for sure and will ask for Renaldo. Thanks for a great experience when you never know what you are going to get.

What a fantastic first experience! Sadie was amazing at listening to what I wanted and helping me translate that into something that worked well for me. The entire team at the salon was incredibly friendly, and I love the lofty, modern, and bright space. I got one of the best colors/cuts I've ever had...at a great price.

I've been going to this salon for over a year and it's the best! Friendly staff, great work, my hair always looks beautiful when I leave. Highly recommend!!!!!

I went to this place second time since I wanted my hair more platinum blond. Upon consultation with Sadie she did tell me that it will take couple of treatments till I got the color I wanted. I already had some platinum highlights in but my hair is very stubborn to get to that platinum color. I went to see her and she basically ruined my hair. She bleached it and the hair color came out almost orange color. I told her that I didn’t like the way it looked but she ignored me completely and left the salon. I still was in there for three hours straight and my hair isn’t even that long shoulder length. Her husband tried to make the situation better but he styled my hair like we live in the 70’s. This is the worst hair service that I have received in my life. For someone that preaches about styling in Los Angeles she has no clue of what she is doing.
